The Space:

The perfect all-season adventure retreat, this two-bedroom condo is located in the sought-after Northstar resort community, boasting endless recreation and entertainment. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.



The spacious living area offers lots of room to unwind. Tall ceilings soar above a comfy sitting area furnished with comfy seating, a smart TV, and a wrap-around fireplace. Both bedrooms are located on the entry-level. The serene primary bedroom has a TV, a balcony, and a stylish en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has access to a second full bath is in the entry-level hallway. A half-bath is located upstairs for household use. Additional perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.



Pack your ski gear (or rent on-site) and discover world-class wintertime fun on Northstar's iconic slopes. A short drive from Lake Tahoe, you can spend summer days sprawled out on the shore at Kings Beach or dine at a lakeside restaurant. The local area also offers opportunities for horseback riding, mountain biking, and golfing within a short drive. Hop on the free shuttle to Village at Northstar, offering skiing, dining, shopping, a theater, ice/roller skating, and a mountain bike park.
