House of 75 m² renovated in the old fully equipped large area of rooms and storage space. Dining room with lounge of 30m², separate kitchen with all the crockery, micron wave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove. Office secretary desk. You will be seduced upon your arrival by the charm of the house, stone staircase leading to the floor and bedroom on the ground floor accessible from inside or outside. Seen on the fields, swimming pool 8 x 4m open in May heated and accessible, deckchairs available. Shared outdoor patio equipped with a plancha.
