About this property

Lovely Apartment 200m from the beach

Lovely apartment in a secure and calm residency with a pool.
Access to the beach via a cute pedestrian path (200m)
Parking space (number 28), and bike storage room.
Pets are accepted.

The apartment is composed of:
An open space: living room, kitchen, dining room
1 bathroom
1 toilet (including a potty)
1 bedroom
1 cubicle bedroom
1 mezzanine
1 balcony

We have 7 beds :
- 2 double bed (in the bedroom and on the mezzanine)
- 1 loft bed (in the cubicle bedroom) + 1 folding crib if needed
- 1 simple beds + 1 trundle beds (on the mezzanine)

The apartment includes many conveniences, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and baby/toddler accessories (bath chair, bottle warmer, feeding chair...).

The Wi-Fi will be available starting from the 19 of June (2021)

Household linen (sheets, dish and bath towels) are optional and can be booked for €12,50 per person via message or via our concierge service.

We have a professional cleaning service coming after each reservation and disinfecting the apartment.

Many local shops and restaurants are close (150m), such as bakeries, pizzeria, convenience store, newsagent...
Bigger supermarkets are in Agde (about 5km) and accessible via the bus.

There are a lot of activities around:
Aqualand (water park), Luna Park, horse riding, excursion, boating, nautical activities/water sports, touristic train, international golf and mini-golf, club, casino...

Strandnah....

Sehr gute Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand schöne ruhige Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung selbst ist ok und ausreichend für die angegebene Personenzahl. Allerdings lies die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Scheinbar war nach dem letzten Mieter nicht kontrolliert worden. Geschirr und Besteck ziemlich zusammengewürfelt. Ein Teil der vorgehaltenen Dinge (Strandstuhl, Sonnenschirm usw.) defekt und unbrauchbar.

Why they chose this property

With my two daughters, we have a lot of memories in that apartment which was my father's apartment before. My daughters told me that we should rent it, so new people could travel to Cap d'Agde and create their own memories here, as well as my grandchildren.

Close to the beach of the Mediterranean sea and many locals shops, in a quiet and secure residence, this apartment has everything you could wish for.

We are doing our best to improve the apartment's conveniencies every time we can, and to offer you the maximum of comfort.
