The oceanfront screened porch with furniture makes for a lovely place to relax with a cool drink while watching the children play on the beach, and features like an enclosed outside shower and charcoal grill add to the usefulness of the outdoor living space. Additionally, the property features a ramp to the home to make the rental more accessible.

Featuring an updated kitchen and open living area with lots of natural light, this is a bright gathering spot for families and friends. Three TVs with basic cable, DVD player and wireless internet access.

Bathrooms have been updated as well, with a Jack 'n' Jill bath shared between two bedrooms on each floor. Additionally, each of the four bedrooms features direct access to a small, private, streets-side deck.

The house was perfect for our week vacation. We traveled with a small child so the open concept and the screened in porch were great for him to walk around. The house is a bit older than it looks in the pictures and has some interesting flooring (dips, places where it doesn't connect anymore, etc.) but overall, it was a great house and you can't beat the location and view. We would choose to stay here again!
