Not Happy!
We checked in on the evening of July 1,2023 (Saturday). The condo was nice, as described on listing. The only issue was that the ice maker not working. Not a problem, we bought ice from the lobby at $3.50 for a small bag! We stocked the fridge and freezer with food for the week for 5 adults. Woke up on Tuesday, July 4th to a puddle of water coming from refrigerator. Called to report problem and they brought a loaner fridge and placed it next to existing fridge. We had 2 fridges in the kitchen for the remaining days we were there. I had to call again on Wednesday because the loaner was not cooling. Maintenance came back but it didn’t start cooling until Thursday evening. All groceries were spoiled and had to be thrown away! Due to the inconvenience of not having a refrigerator, manager offered $50 a day refund plus $100 for groceries! I’m very disappointed the management company doesn’t realize the importance of having a working refrigerator! Especially when we paid close to $5000.00 for a week vacation $
