Carvalhal House is a new house; the construction was concluded in early 2015, and with modern decoration, vivid colors highlighted by the large windows allowing abundant light.
The house is fully equipped, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, laundry machine, fridge, hoven, stove cooker, hood, solar system, not missing the small appliances, including coffee machine.
The bedrooms are four: one on suite, two double rooms and one triple room, this last normally used to receive children. One of the rooms is on the ground level and the other on the upper floor.
The bathrooms are three, fully equipped, with two showers and one bathtub (small hydromassage bath).
In ground floor there's a large Livingroom, integrated with a multimedia room and a dining room separated by a large double front fireplace which brings a warm and cozy environment in the winter nights.

In the multimedia room there's a 42 Smart TV, DVD, Cable TV with 140 channels, 300W sound system with connection to IPOD, IPHONE or ANDROID trough 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth or USB.
In the exterior, you can find a meal space and a social area, besides a small salt water pool.
There´s wireless web access in all the house and exterior, with 24 MB download speed.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We provide cleaning in the middle of the week (other options available for additional fee).

We have 6 bikes, so you can enjoy even more, knowing the most hidden and inaccessible places, riding at sunset, or simply going to the beach in a fun and healthy way.

Casa do Carvalhal is a new house, completed at the beginning of 2015 and decorated in a modern style with bright colors, highlighted by large windows that allow abundant light to enter.
The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning in all divisions, with dishwasher, clothes, fridge, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, solar heated water, and all the small and useful appliances including coffee machine.
The rooms are four: one suite, two double and one triple, the latter usually used for children. One of the four is on the ground floor while the others are on the first floor.
There are three bathrooms, fully equipped, with two shower and a whirlpool.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, integrated with a multimedia room, the dining room in its continuation, only separated by a large double-sided fireplace / stove that in winter evenings brings a warm and cozy atmosphere.
In the multimedia room there is a 42 inch Smart TV, DVD, 140 channel cable TV and 300W stereo system with the possibility of connecting to IPOD, IPHONE or any ANDROID system, through 3.5mm Jack, Bluetooth or USB. .
Outside you will find a dining and leisure and social space, as well as a small saltwater pool.
There is internet throughout the house and outdoor spaces, with a download speed of 24MB.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. We provide mid-week maid service (other options available at an additional cost).
