Come and discover our cozy Studio with its Norman timberings. You will be 5min walk from the Gare de Verte station.
The accommodation is on the 2nd floor of a very quiet building.
It is equipped with a microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and iron.
The district:
Rue Beauvoisine is a very dynamic street where you will find all the shops nearby: bakery, cheese, butcher etc ...
You will also see original shops and artists Rouen, it is a nice neighborhood and good to live!
Transport:
The SNCF train station and the metro is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The TEOR is a 7-minute walk away, République stop.
Be aware that after 20:30, a supplement of 15 € will be paid to the person who will welcome you.
