Rez of garden of a villa niçoise in absolute calm in a still preserved district of Antibes only 10 min with feet of the town center or 15 min with feet of the beaches of sands. Rich and flowery garden, private swimming pool. 2 large bedrooms including a master suite with a large bathroom (shower, bath). 1 child's room with a double bed and possible mattress on the ground (en suite shower room) 1 large living room kitchen 1 large veranda with table and sofa area.
