'Elegant French Style Apartment' in the heart of Antibes, close to the beach

First floor charming apartment, which has all the amenities you are looking for: fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, stove/oven with hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender), , washer and dryer, TV in one room, wireless internet, stereo, covered terrace including dining and lounge area.
The bedroom and the guest room come with a double bed. A sleep couch (double bed size) is available in the living room. All rooms open up through French doors to Juliet balconies! The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub, one large vanity ( can be used by two persons at the same time) and a towel/storage closet. linens and towels are provided. Heating and air-conditioning throughout the apartment will comfort you in any season.
Starting January 1, 2011 we offer a secured garage parking space, 5-8 minutes away from the apartment (Parking is not included in the rental price. We offer parking for free to our guests during their stay.)

Children are very welcome in our apartment. We provide a foldable baby-bed, linens and bedding, toys for the beach etc.

Special Offer: Big savings for the month of November 2024 (only full month), we offer you a discount of 50 % of the monthly rental price.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location cannot be beat. We spent 11 days here getting to know Antibes and it was a perfect base. Old town Antibes and the surrounding beaches are an easy walk, and the apartment was well equipped for a most comfortable stay! Jenni is an incredible manager - easy to communicate with, warm and friendly with insightful information about Antibes. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Antibes apartment

The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with everything one could possibly want or need. Check in was a breeze. The location was just adjacent to Old Antibes and was within easy walking distance of all points of interest, restaurants and the waterfront. I’d reccomend this place to anyone contemplating a stay in the area.

Wonderful place!

Son’t have enough words to recommend this place! It has everything you can think of, the location is wonderful and what’s most important - it’s so cosy and stylish! We intend to be back with our kids and stay longer than the few nights we stayed this time.

Another amazing stay at this beautiful apartment

This is our third time staying in this beautiful apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a truly wonderful holiday. It is close to many beaches and is in the heart of the Old town of Antibes. We have two teenagers, one slept very comfortably on the sofa bed and the other in the second bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a fabulous stay in this quintessential french apartment. Very near train station and old town which was perfect. Stayed a week. Slept well and felt very relaxed and was able to watch tv and enjoy my morning breakfast and evening snacks with a fully equipped kitchen. Also loved that I could do laundry. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Absolute perfection!

Everything about this property was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and the pictures really don't capture it all! The manager Jenni was so helpful and available to us for any questions. The location was right off one of the main squares and everything was within a close walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Antibes and would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to explore the area. I hope to come back soon and stay for 2 weeks!!

A lovely apartment in a great location.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment to return to at the end of a day out and about! It's comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely well equipped with everything a person could ever need, and in a great location. The property manager was a ray of sunshine, very helpful and was willing to accommodate our times of arrival and departure. And left us some treats to enjoy as well. The roses were just lovely! We'll definitely return if we have another visit to Antibes.

Comfortable and convenient

This was our second time renting this beautiful apartment. It’s very well equipped, clean, comfortable and convenient to Old Antibes and the train station. There is a Monoprix grocery store across the street and numerous cafés and restaurants nearby. The owner is very pleasant to deal with as is the Manager and the cleaner. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for your stay in Antibes. CD

amazing!

We loved this apartment! We traveled with our two toddlers and found the apartment’s location so be incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do. There are several bakeries nearby, a Monoprix within two minutes walking, a few playgrounds within 10 minutes walking, and a beach within 15 minutes walking (the walk to the beach is lovely because you stroll through the old town to get there). The apartment itself had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Our boys also loved the toys on the patio. Jenni was super nice and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Antibes!

A Lovely Experience

Although I am very experienced traveler to the Cote d'Azur, I had never rented a place anywhere and did not know what to expect. I found Waltraud's apartment to be just lovely. It is tastefully decorated and is incredibly well-equipped from the kitchen and electronics down to beach stuff. I never even needed to buy any supplies. Marta met us and the check -in was seamless and very useful and clear information was left for guests. The location is terrific with everything you need and want just a short walk away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great apartment at edge of old town Antibes

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waltraud's apartment. The location is ideal across the Monoprix and close to old town Antibes and the beaches. The apartment is amazing and well stocked including a lot of basic food pantry and bathroom staples in the apartment. The house decor is wonderful, and we had a great time reading through the books at home. Marta was our hostess and met us both at the beginning and the end of the stay. Two things to note: the house is in the city on the first floor, right above a bus stop. We did hear some street noise like idling trucks, buses and loud mopeds that took some getting used to for a day or two - including local road crew deciding to repaint the street lines one midnight. Parking in Antibes can be a challenge, so we had hoped to use the parking included with the apartment for our rental. However, as Marta mentioned, it may not be suited for rental cars beyond the small cars - we had a small Ford SUV. There are 2 parking lots close by and we used the Mediatheque parking lot about 3 blocks from the apartment for the week (45 Euros). Again, these 2 points do not detract from the house itself which was amazing and homey, and the excellent reception by Waltraud and Marta (many thanks)

Outstanding apartment

We are a family of five (children aged 11, 7 and 2) and we spent a wonderful week in Antibes staying at this apartment. The location is ideal, right in the center of town, and everything in Antibes - old town, port and beaches - was within walking distance. There are a number of buses that have stations right outside the building, including the one that goes to Marineland (great for the children) and it is two minutes' walk from the main bus station. It is a bit of a longer walk to the train station, perhaps 10 minutes or so, but even that was an easy walk for the 7 year old. From the train station all places along the Riviera are an easy train ride. The apartment is impeccably maintained and is beautifully furnished and decorated. It also has all amenities one could think for. It feels lived in and more like a summer home than a holiday apartment. For families, there are even children's toys and buckets and spades for the beach. Our 2 year old daughter was ecstatic to find a Hello Kitty bucket. When we ate in the apartment, we used the cook books in the apartment to cook fish and seafood that are not easily available where we live! Both the owner and the manager were very prompt in answering all my e-mails prior to the visit, and the manager was amazingly available throughout our stay. We arrived at midnight, and he was very gracious at meeting us so late. I would recommend this listing to anyone who would like to have a holiday offering a mix of sea and culture.

Die gesamte Wohnung war ein Traum. Super eingerichtet..die Lage suuuper...Mittendrin in Antibes..besser geht es nicht..Nichts hat gefehlt. Die Managerin war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt.

Sehr gut, alles da was man braucht. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr viel für Kinder zum Spielen. Selbst zwei nagelneue Spielzeuge waren dort. Top top sauber, check in mit Jenni auch super! Rundum toll!Was man beachten sollte ist, dass die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Es kann lauter werden, aber nachts ruhig.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, lovely apartment with lots of room. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes. It was especially nice that the property manager Jenni kept in constant contact with us when we arrived in Antibes, met us at the apartment, and showed us how to operate the washer, dryer, dish washer, and internet, and again met us at the apartment for check out. Antibes is a beautiful town. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the train station for those who want to explore other towns along the Côte d’Azur, like Nice, Cannes, Menton, Grasse. There are a couple of nice beaches nearby, and there is a bus stop five minutes from the apartment for the bus to Juan Les Pins, which has a long stretch of public beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

One of the best equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great French feel. Well located for old city and walking distance to everything we wanted. Such lovely, helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Our car was too big for the included car spot so we paid to use the nearby parking station and it was very convenient to the apartment. There was more noise than expected due to the bus stop located outside the apartment building but we are not used to city sounds and I can see how the bus would be very convenient for guests without a car.We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning was wonderful.

Perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr stilvoll, (fast) schon luxurios, privat und geschmackvoll. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist hervorragend, im Zentrum, alles Interessante (Altstadt, Hafen, Markt, Strand und Picasso) ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und geben eine 5* Empfehlung.
