Great setting

Beautiful and comfortable. The weather was colder than expected so a not heated pool was cold, but kids didn’t mind :)

Exceptional House

This was a great property! The house was very clean & had everything we needed and then some. I love to cook & the kitchen had everything! Anything you thought you may have needed, it was there. The house was fully equipped! From small appliances like a hand mixer & blender to dishes that are kid friendly, to a whole air fryer / crock pot! The house is dog friendly & i love that the pool was ready to jump in! My only issue was that the hot tub was not working. I was expecting to use it since it was advertised in the listing. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

WOW. This is tip top

This rental is one of the best we’ve rented in many years. The location is amazing, So Mountain trailhead is only footsteps away. The back yard is fantastic, great views, plenty of seating areas, pool & hot tub. Hummingbirds everywhere while sitting outside. Also upstairs bedroom deck has more great views. Well furnished & very comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need & then some. Wouldn’t even look at other places next time we return. Dealing with the manager Marvin was efficient, quick & he is a true delight. House was totally immaculate. You won’t go wrong with this rental

One of the best!!

My whole family had the absolute best time here. The pool and hot tub were big hits but the best part about it was the access to hiking trails. Sunrise hikes were our favorites. Everything about this place was perfect for our family of 4. Marvin was a great host and was very helpful with check in. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Second time

Our home is currently getting work done on it so we’ve been using Vrbo to get away on the weekends so they can work on the house This is the second time we’ve stayed at this home and both times Marvin has been a jewel to work with. Thank you Marvin for everything.

Nice property

The house was a very nice stay. It’s right next door to a golf course and walking/hiking/mountain biking park. Very quiet neighborhood, so no ragers! The only thing that was weird was the owner checked up on us. While I didn’t think it was a big deal, my wife and daughter said that a man coming by the VRBO was unsettling. So, I think there were good intentions there, but FYI expect a visit.

Good home base

We enjoyed the house as it was close to hiking pretty much out our front door. Miles of trails and tried something new each day. Also short uber/lyft rides to old town and tempe. We also enjoyed hanging out a few nights to grill out and use the stocked kitchen to make our meals. Quiet nights in comfortable beds.

Stay near South Mountain

The check in process was smooth. Property listing was accurate. The pool was not heated on arrival, so if you want to use it in the cooler months, you may want to ask ahead of time, and there is an additional fee. We asked, and I think they did try to heat it, but it remained pretty cool. We were busy and didn't have a lot of time to use it, anyway. The kitchen was well stocked and the location is excellent, with immediate access to South Mountain trails.

Great place to stay

Best place to stay in the Phoenix area. Beautiful views from upstairs and downstairs. Pool gets some debris from the trees, but I found it relaxing to clean it with the net. Being "pool boy" can be a good thing.

Great Stay

The house was great and as advertised. Nice space in the back to relax with pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the spices and random items you could need. Very responsive host and easy to check in. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Nice Rental

only complaint was last minute info on getting physical address of property and contact info. very nice property. well equipped and clean. very convenient and close to venue for while we were there. Down side if you have any disability all bedrooms are upstairs.

The house was clean and well equipped but...

Most everything was great except for we had asked for a late checkout and were granted the late checkout. Then we we received a text from the manager 8 hours later telling us he needed to retract his late checkout approval, as he had forgotten to look at his schedule. This was a little problematic for us, as we did have to change some of our plans last minute as a result. Although we brought our bathing suits and intended on using the pool, we opted out. There was an additional cost associated with heating it, which is noted in the post and the pool was littered with leaves and bugs and needed a good cleaning.

Girl's weekend

Girl's weekend trip. House was very clean, roomy and has alot of amenities. Marvin was an excellent host. Pool was amazing. Definitely a on my list of houses to use again.

Fourth of July Staycation

The property was great we had a couple hiccups at the beginning but the owner was always in touch and made sure to make up for those great property to stay at pool was amazing as well as a hot tub I'll be back

Beautiful property for a small 80th b-day party!

My mom, sister and I stayed here to celebrate Mom's 80th b-day! We had a blast! Mom felt like a queen in the master suite! Enjoyed breakfast on her private balcony! LOVED the park right in our backyard! ENJOYED the beautiful pool! The kitchen was so great! Even baked her a cake! Frank and Marvin were awesome hosts! Thanks for everything!

Clean and bright

We loved our stay and Marvin was great! The check in was smooth and the neighborhood was great. Beautiful views from the upstairs bedroom of south mountain. The only thing I would suggest is cable T.V. We were unable to watch the March Madness tournament and had to go elsewhere. Other than that it was worth it to all be together.

Great Place

The house is in a lovely neighborhood, which backs up to the South Mountain Preserve, which had a lot of hiking and biking trails. There were even wild pigs out back. The house had a nice back yard with a pool and hot tub. We did not use the pool as it was cool. The hot tub was nice. The house had everything that we needed, and it was very clean! The sofa was very big and comfortable too. The pictures do not capture the outdoor seating. The bench in the back has cushions and pillows. There is a table and two chairs right out the sliding door to the patio. On the side of the house, is a very big table, chairs and a tv too. We would definitely rent it again.

Short Stay

The property was very nice and the property managers I dealt with were very helpful and professional. Marvin helped me get the reservation set up and Frank made the move in process very easy. If anything came up during my stay I was able to text Frank and he immediately got back to me.

Desert delight

This well appointed, lovely little home, was a great fit for our family. The location was perfectly suited to our needs/desires for our visit to the Phoenix area. The only thing lacking was a couple of mountain bikes to allow us to take a little deeper dive into the trail system behind the house. We would definitely use this property again.
