A true oasis

This place is truly the perfect oasis in the Phoenix area! The house had so many amenities that made it feel like home. The bar area for wine/coffee/tea was wonderful, the kitchen was fully equipped with all you'd need to cook big family meals. The pool table was such a hit with our family and the outdoor area was relaxing. Close proximity to beautiful hiking trails and a big park with a playground and basketball courts was awesome!

Dream House

This house is wonderful!! Easy access to hiking, park, groceries, shopping, restaurants & major highways & airports. The house is great!! The hot tub is hot, the pool nice & warm, the kitchen well equipped & stocked with the essentials, the beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of closet space. You can use the garage, play pool or cornhole & there’s plenty of out door seating,a grill & a fire table. What more could you wish for? We hope to come back next year!!

Girls Trip

The house was perfect for a girls trip. The house is more spacious than it looks in the pictures and the outdoor space is fantastic!It got to 40 degrees overnight in January and the spa was able to stay nice and warm. Even the pool felt nice after some hiking or sunbathing. There were plenty of towels, floats for the pool, and great amenities in the kitchen for easy food prep.

Home Away from Home

We have two young kids (6 and 2 years old) and was looking for somewhere warm for a staycation over Spring Break. This place was AMAZING. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The layout of the property for a family was great, the pool was a cool design, there was a great park right down the street, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the home had everything you could ever need. We rarely needed to message Steve and Julie during our stay since everything was labeled so well and self explanatory; but when we did, the hosts responded quickly. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and we enjoyed several movie nights in the living room. It was paradise for the week and probably our favorite rental property we've stayed in with the family. Thank you Steve and Julie for having us!This is a no brainer... just book it already ;)

Amazing!

An exceptional home that I feel privileged to have rented. The proximity to everything Phoenix and the area had to offer is perfect. We used the home’s amenities daily and everything worked perfectly. The host provided everything needed and went above and beyond. I definitely would stay here again.

This is our second stay and we will return again. The home is in a quiet neighborhood blocks from the base of South Mountain. Great location. Home and property is lovely. Very well appointed kitchen.

Perfect getaway/staycation

This property was perfect for what we needed. The pool and spa were such an amazing feature just steps from the master suite. The kitchen was well-equipped and having the grill outside made dinners easy. Communication with the host was great and they were very responsive and accommodating. This stay was one of the best we have had.

So much more than expected!

The title says it all. Our stay at Julie and Steve's property was so much more than expected. They're in a league of their own in terms of hosts...very responsive, phenomenal property owners (super clean!), and SO helpful. Our family can't wait to stay here again. We loved this house and Steve and Julie were the absolute cherry on top! If all VRBO hosts were this good, hotels would be a thing of the past.

Great house in Phoenix

All the amenities you could ask for!

Stayed with 3 friends and the house had everything we needed! It was clean, stylish, and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast at Brunch Snob and live music at Cactus Jacks. The pool and spa were wonderful and we especially enjoyed the swim up table in the pool. Julie was very attentive and helpful!

Newly remodeled and awesome

This place was perfect for our golf trip with four guys - easy to get out on the highway and it's very nicely remodeled. The outdoor area is fabulous, kitchen is nice, and the bedrooms were comfy. Hope to come back and highly recommend this place!

Wonderful oasis in the HOT HOT Desert

Perfect getaway place

The property has absolutely everything you need! The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked (minus groceries of course). The outdoor area is absolutely perfect. Already looking at dates later this year for a return trip!

Home away from home with better weather and fantastic hosts!!

I definitely recommend this lovely home! It is conveniently located and has every creature comfort you need!! We especially enjoyed the pool and the spa. The hosts were very communicative and the house is beautifully decorated and comfortable! I can’t wait to visit again!
