Welcome to PARADISE! Why stay at a hotel when you can stay in a spacious one bedroom/1 bath condo with a full kitchen, gas grill and washer/dryer in the unit. We supply linens, towels and everything you need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and even a surfboard (upon request)! Misiones Del Cabo Resort has two private beaches and a pool with swim-up pool bar that serves excellent fish tacos. We are located just 3 miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We have a swimmable beach/cove on one side that is perfect for snorkeling and the best surfing beach in Cabo called "Monuments" on the other side.

Our unit is located on the fifth floor of building 4. We have a very large deck that has a 4 person table and a gas grill. We have a breathtaking view of the ocean and you can watch whales breach from the deck during whale season. You can see the ocean from every room in our condo.

The unit is completely renovated with a well appointed kitchen including stainless steel appliances and filtered water at the kitchen sink. No need to buy bottled water! The kitchen has a 4 person table to enjoy eating inside on hot days.


New for Fall 2023: Freshly painted walls in living room/ kitchen area, new gas grill on deck, new outdoor dining set and 2 new outdoor rocking chairs, new king sized mattress, new all in one washer/dryer.

Our unit is perfect for 2 adults. You can watch the sunrise while laying in the king size bed. The oversized bedroom has a king bed and plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home. Linens are provided. The living room has a 32" smart tv. Enjoy watching movies on Netflix. The condo has wifi in the unit and there is also free wifi at the pool area.

The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. We provide you with plenty of towels for your stay. We have a tankless hot water heater so you will not be taking any cold showers.

Our deck is one of the largest. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax in the evening by grilling out and eating dinner on the deck. Usually on Thursday nights you get a fireworks show that can be seen from the deck at around 8pm.

Between the ceiling fans in every room and the breeze, you won't have much need for the air conditioner.

There is a heated pool below with swim-up pool bar that serves very inexpensive food and drinks.

There is an on-site convenience store that is open daily from 8am-8pm. They have fresh fruits, wine, beer, spirits, ice and basic food. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, walk over to the famous "Sunset Mona Lisa" for a sunset dinner and views of the arch and city. The Cape Resort is also located within walking distance, and they have several restaurants to choose from as well as a rooftop bar.

Parking is very limited! Parking fee is $3.50/ per day paid to the HOA office. We suggest using UBER or taxi to get around town.

All Renters must be 25 years old and provide a copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement. Rental agreement must be signed and emailed within 5 days.

3 night minimum, 14 day maximum. We do not rent monthly or long term.
