Perfect for lobbyist, parents in town for the weekend, or football game weekenders.

It is the most centralized place in Tallahassee.

Built in the 30's, this hidden guesthouse is in the perfect spot for Tallahassee. It is quiet on weekends and nights. This is located in the historic district in Tallahassee.

This is next door to two other VRBO listing titled "Downtown 1/1 Tucked Away Bungalow" and Downtown 1/1 Upstairs Guesthouse".

Perfect place to stay to be close to everything but not directly in the busiest part of Tallahassee. Just a very short walk off the beaten path. Loved it and would stay again.

Excellent, perfect for my wife and I for FSU game weekend. Very clean, and comfortable, everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. Sean is a great host and was ready and available to answer questions. Great Stay and we will definitely be back.

30’s Guest House in Tallahassee

We enjoyed our stay, Sean met us when we arrived, he was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The guest house is a quaint quiet place,very comfortable. We would stay with Sean again.

A perfect stay for my nostalgic visit back to FSU! If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with a comfortable bed, fantastic bed, cute living room, and great kitchenette—this place is for you! It was far too humid for me to spend too much time outside, but I adore birds and there were plenty chirping outside that added so much enjoyment to my trip! Copious pillows made for a serene sleeping experience and a lovely glassed-in shower was a great start to the day. Thanks to Sean for being a lovely, gracious, and readily available host!

Nicer than the pictures!

This place was perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures or better. It was conveniently located to the local colleges and downtown in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host greeted us at check in and was readily available throughout our stay. Looking forward to staying again hopefully in the near future.
