This coquettish cottage with private pool is set in Inca, in the centre of Mallorca and welcomes 5 guests.
This house features a private, 9mx 3m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.1m and an exterior shower. Afternoons can be spent basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers. There’s a furnished porch and a barbecue, perfect for family-dinners. This lovely cottage is private and there are direct neighbors.

There is a large, rustic kitchen-dining room with AC, which can be accessed from the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, in this annex you will find a bathroom with shower. Inside the house you will find a living-dining room where you can eat together or watch a film on the satellite TV. The two bedrooms with double beds do not have wardrobes but chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower serves the house.

This wonderful home is near the city of Inca, where you'll find everything you may need for an independent stay, like shops and restaurants. In a Celler you can try home-made, typical Majorcan food. In the outskirts of Inca there's the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a rolling hill where you'll find a small chapel and a good restaurant. Furthermore, you can visit the monastery of Lluc, the shoe-museum of Inca and the caves of Campanet. If the beach is what you are searching for, you can go by car to the north coast and explore wonderful beaches as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Maria and Puerto de Alcúdia. Alcúdia's Bay is just perfect for families with toddlers. The old town of Alcúdia is a picturesque place, surrounded by an old wall.

Relaxing holiday in the sun

The mosquitoes!! Just remember to bring plug-ins. Everything,the pool though quite small was clean and wonderful in the heat.We were greeted with wine water and chocolates.The walkin shower was brill.Facilities exactly as on website.We travelled with an 8mth old the cot and highchair were both of good quality.

It was a beautiful place for family, the pool is great for all and the whole place is very relaxing and tranquil. The only downside is the transportation if you do not drive and speak a little spanish it will be very difficult to travel specially a family of 5. As it is expensive to rent 2 taxi at a time. Going in and out is expensive because you need to book for a taxi and the location is hard to find. But the owners are very nice and friendly. We love the place we just didn’t expect the expenses for that we spend on taxi’s.

Si quieres alojarte justo fuera de una ciudad, este es el lugar ideal. A solo 10 minutos en coche de Inca. Mucha privacidad y un entorno muy tranquilo. Nos alojamos aquí con nuestros hijos y fue perfecto. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y tuvimos suficiente espacio para relajarnos.

Nette Vermieter und saftige Orangen

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber. Ein Orangen-Traum im Garten, mit der elektrischen Presse super zu Drinks zu verarbeiten. Die Trennung von Wohnbereich und Küche ist recht umständlich, aber darüber waren wir ja vorab informiert.

Ruhige Finca mit ursprünglichem Flair

Schöne 2-Wochen in entspanntem Umfeld, was sicherlich auch daran lag, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes keine der unmittelbaren Nachbarn anwesend waren. Wir würden wieder kommen ....!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten mal wieder eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Mallorca. Die Finca hat uns sehr gefallen, auch wann die Küche separat ist. Daran haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hat die Nächte angenehmer gemacht. Es ist nicht besonders viel Geschirr und Besteck da und die Pooltücher sind auch abgezählt. Das sind wir etwas anders gewöhnt. Aber darauf kann man sich ja einstellen. Der Pool wurde von uns sehr viel genutzt. Dieser sah nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr gut aus. Einen Poolservice gab es nicht. Wir hatten den Anbieter informiert und die netten Eigentümer kamen direkt, und haben sich sehr bemüht. Richtig klar wurde der Pool aber leider nicht mehr. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es außerdem, weil die Kameras im Wohnbereich und in der Küche nirgends erwähnt werden. Das sollte man aber schon wissen.

Sejour au calme

Parfait sauf un point : le salon et les chambres sont séparées de la cuisine, il faur passer par l'extérieur et c'est un gros inconvénient lorsqu'il pleut.

Super schöne ruhige Finca

Wir sind super zufrieden. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe, waren mit dem Auto in 5min in Inca und der Pool diente als perfekte Abkühlung. Der einzige Sternabzug würden wir vergeben, weil die Finca schon extrem abgelegen ist, dass sogar teilweise der Lieferservice Schwierigkeiten hatte es zu finden. An zwei Nächten ging Nachts das Licht an (kein Bewegungsmelder), was etwas gruselig war und die Moskitos waren wir schlimm 2023. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nichts. :)

Eine tolle Finca!

Alles hat prima geklappt. Bei Bedarf waren die Eigentümer sofort ansprechbar und sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen. Die Finca ist herrlich! Man hat viel Platz und Ruhe. Es könnten allerdings vielleicht mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen. Ansonsten muss man halt öfters waschen. Auch ok. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist total ruhig gelegen. Sie ist vor allem perfekt, wenn man von dem täglichen Trubel entfliehen möchte! Die Lage und der Außenbereich mit dem Pool sind etwas ganz besonderes und jeden Cent wert. Innen ist es wie die Bilder zeigen. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es riecht leicht muffig, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hatten durch einen langen Regentag Stromausfall. Die Besitzerin war mit einem Freund nach 15 Minuten da und hat sofort den Schaden behoben. Sie sind super freundlich! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! :)

The outdoor space is very pleasant, with a large shaded area. The swimming pool and sun bathing area is great! Very comfortable beds. The kitchen needs more equipment (gratin dishes / baking trays that can be put into the oven). It was a little difficult to cook for 5 people.

Familienfreundliche Finka in ländlicher Umgebung

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Finka ist schön hergerichtet und hält alles bereit, was man für einen angenehmen Familienurlaub benötigt. Der Pool war sauber, ebenso die Räumlichkeiten. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es wieder mieten!

Tolle Finca

Eine tolle Finca. Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen dort. Im schlafbereich gab es eine Vorraum mit Klimaanlage. Diese war auch nötig, da bei 36Grad nicht an Schlaf zu denken war. Es gab viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war bei uns der Mittelpunkt. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar, so dass ein ungestörtes Sonnen.- und Poolbaden möglich war. Die Küche ist groß und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Hier würde ich eher sagen einfach, aber ausreichend. Für uns war es super. Aber ohne Auto sind die Wege lang und nicht schön. Aber generell eine gute Lage auf der Insel. Man kommt in 50 Minuten an jeden Ort der Insel.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Mietwagen leiht. Man muss jedoch noch 5 Autominuten nach Inca fahren. Der Pool und die Liegen waren unser Highlight. Wichtig bei dem Inserat zu wissen ist, dass man die Alarmanlage neben der Tür nicht betätigen sollte. Zudem muss man daran denken, dass man die Haustür nicht ohne Schlüssel schließt, denn sie hat keine Klinke und geht nicht ohne Schlüssel wieder auf.

Allgemein gut und entsprach den Erwartungen. Geschirrspüler reinigt nicht sauber. Pool war teilweise trübe und sandig. Techniker versuchte es zu beheben. Hundekonzert die ganze Nacht aus der Nachbarschaft
