Perfekt angelegtes und ausgestattetes Haus! Alles top.Check in war minimal hakelig, aber das haben andere hier ja auch schon geschrieben. Agentur vor Ort aber immer erreichbar, responsiv, freundlich, unkompliziert.

ganz schlechter Empfang

Wenn man nach 12 Stunden Autofahrt endlich am Ziel ist, freut man sich darauf das Ferienhaus beziehen zu können. Da wir immer über Nacht fahren, kamen wir bereits um 14 Uhr in Penmarc'h an. Wir mussten also noch die 3 Stunden bis zur vereinbarten Schlüsselübergabe um 17 Uhr überbrücken. So weit so gut. Als wir um 17 Uhr am vereinbarten Treffpunkt waren hing ein Zettel an der Tür mit einer Telefonnummer bei der wir uns melden sollten. Nachdem mein Mann den Zweck seinens Anrufs erklärt hatte, schrie ihn eine ziemlich genervte unfreundliche Person an. Sie könnte uns den Schlüssel nicht bringen, frühestens um 18 Uhr, aber wahrscheinlich würde es eher 19 Uhr oder 20 Uhr werden. Es wäre Abreisetag und man hätte viel zu tun. Ende des Gesprächs ! Daraufhin rief mein Mann wieder an und die Dame meinte wenn er nochmal anrufen würde, würde es eben noch später werden. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um ! Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war in einem sehr ordentlichen, sauberen Zustand. Es ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. MfGr. Petra Busch

Belle maison refaite avec goût. Très fonctionnelle. Belle pièce de vie avec une belle vue mer. Plage accessible à pied.
