Villa with pool near the village of Erbalunga, 10mm walk from the beach in a quiet area 10km north of Bastia.
At the heart of the maquis, a private road transports you to a little corner of paradise. The recent villa is placed on a plot of 5000m
On the ground floor directly on the terraces and the garden with sea view, large room of 60m ² and kitchen 13m2 open (with laundry). Sleeping area: a large bedroom of 17m2 (dressing), another 10m² and a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet.
Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, TV.
1st floor two bedrooms with balcony sea view and bathroom with toilet.
Sleeps 8 (possibility for 10 if provided.)
In the evening you will enjoy the small restaurants in the village square of Erbalunga;

Tout simplement magique

Les deux semaines que nous avons passées chez nos hôtes ce mois de juillet 2024 ont été tout simplement incroyables. La maison offre tout le confort pour des vacances réussies, que nous avons passées avec nos 3 grands enfants et leurs conjoints. Spacieuse, moderne, propre, lumineuse, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée, il ne manque rien et on apprécie tout particulièrement la belle piscine, l’espace repas extérieur (et sa plancha), un vrai grand réfrigérateur, la qualité de la literie et la vue spectaculaire dans un écrin de verdure calme et préservé. Nos adorables hôtes ont tout fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien, que la piscine et la maison restent propres (passage discret une fois /semaine) et que notre séjour nous laisse un souvenir impérissable. C’est le cas et nous vous remercions encore pour votre accueil chaleureux. Aux lecteurs de ce commentaire qui cherchent un lieu magnifique et confortable pour découvrir le majestueux cap Corse en famille ou entre amis, allez-y foncez sans hésitation.

Belle maison et vue magnifique

La maison est très bien aménagée et propre . Un très grand salon et quatre chambres toutes très agréables. Vue magnifique sur la mer . Jardin très agréable avec une belle piscine . La maison est a environ 15 mn à pied de la ptite plage de lavasinia ( forte côte pour remonter ) et 10 mn en voiture du joli port d’erbalunga . Véhicule indispensable .

Un excellent séjour dans un lieu superbe !

Très belle maison, idéale pour les vacances. Le jardin et la vue sont magnifiques. L'emplacement est proche de jolis villages et d'un calme exceptionnel. Malgré notre arrivée tardive et notre départ aux aurores à cause des horaires du bateau, le propriétaire a su se montrer disponible et accueillant. En somme un séjour parfait !

Pour notre premier séjour en Corse du 20 au 27 juillet 2020 : Magnifique villa dans un cadre idyllique, très beau jardin avec de splendides oliviers qui ornent la piscine. Le tout avec vue sur la mer 😍 Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vraiment très sympathiques, de belles personnes. Pleins de belles choses à voir aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!!
