Best view of the mountain - Top Floor Mt. CB Condo - 2B/1BA

This is one of the most spacious units in The Timbers complex. Built in 2016, this modern condo is the perfect base for solo wanderers, couples, and small families. Enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer – the best mountain biking in Colorado, world class skiing, a Nordic center, fly fishing, festivals, and incredible hiking trails. This top floor, corner, mountain facing unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the ski area base with dining, bars, and a coffee shop. There is a free shuttle that picks you up at the base of the building to take you where you need to go, including the Town of Crested Butte. There is also a small grocery and liquor store within walking distance.

Excellent 2 bedroom condo, end unit with unbelievable view of the mountain and resort. Clean with good amount of space and has all the necessary appliances. Ski locker has plenty of space. Within walking distance to transit hub or the shuttle stop is at the foot of the building, very convenient to resort or by shuttle to town.

We had a very pleasant stay here and were in awe of the mountain views and fall colors. The condo is thoughtfully appointed, clean, and comfortable. The instructions we received for check-in were helpful, and we had absolutely no issues finding the condo or getting in. We would totally recommend staying here, and we hope to be back!

We had a great stay for spring break at the Timbers. First time in Crested Butte and the location did not disappoint. Comfy couches to relax on and cozy beds for sleeping. Views were amazing.

A wonderful condo with an amazing view from the deck. My second stay here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s a very conveniently arranged condo and is well supplied with everything needed. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and wine and snacks in the evening. After days out exploring the beautiful area, it’s a great place to relax and relive the adventures! We were even treated to a double rainbow after a rain shower.

Summer Wildflower Girl's Weekend

Perfect location. The place was great. Beautiful view of Crested Butte. Great full kitchen. I would stay here summer or winter. A short walk away from the parking lot for Mt. Crested Butte lifts. What a view!

I had a wonderful time exploring Crested Butte and with having this home as base camp. The corner unit offered more windows with amazing views than expected and I spent a lot of time enjoying the panoramic views from the balcony including watching the sunrise!

We love the mountains! Our full time home is outside of Park City, UT, but we love getting to Crested Butte as often as we can!

Why they chose this property

We love the amenities of The Timbers. The bike wash, ski lockers, bike storage area, and ski tuning bench are unique. The base of the resort area is just a short walk away and the shuttle goes there as well. Having a shuttle stop just outside the building that will take us down the mountain to Crested Butte is a great perk as well.

There is a paved multi use trail a short walk away and a short drive up Gothic Rd. takes you to some nice single track trails.
