We had a great stay in Crested Butte. The rental was clean and comfortable and the location was very convenient. It's on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to walk up the stairs to get to the unit. Also, there is a bar located just outside the main balcony, and there were several nights when there was a loud band playing. All in all, though, it was a nice condo and we had a lovely visit.

Great ski in/ski out location!

Great condo for our family of three! Perfect size and just steps from the lifts. Julie was very helpful with the few questions that I had!

Location Perfection

You can’t stay any closer to the main lifts than here. The hosts were super quick to respond to questions. Do be prepared for the music from the bar/restaurant next door from 3pm-5pm, (if you aren’t still on the slopes) but they did cut it off at 5pm sharp. Will absolutely stay here next time, if it’s available.

Excellent, convenient location at Mt Crested Butte

Property location is excellent - clean and amenities were as stated. Owner very responsive to questions. Great condo overall and would stay again. Only reason I took off one star is it would be great if the door lock was electronic rather than manual. Hard to keep up with keys on mountain and unlock door with gloves on and equipment in hand.

Great ski in/ski out location

Great location/comfy condo. Easy to get on lifts and back for snack/lunch before finishing day on CB Mountain. Also super easy to catch shuttle to downtown CB.

Fantastic Location

As other reviews have stated, it's hard to imagine a better ski-in, ski-out location than this. The unit was perfect for my son and I and the king bed was very comfy. Communication with Julia was excellent - very quick and accommodating. The only minor complaint is that it is very easy to hear footsteps from the unit above if occupied. Not a problem except when the dwellers above are early risers!

Charming condo

We were in town for a summer bday so we couldn’t take advantage of the prime ski in ski out location, but the unit was perfect for our needs and just steps away from mtn shops and restaurants. Communication with Julie was a breeze and check-in/out could not have been simpler.

Best Location in Crested Butte

Couldn't believe how close we were to lifts. Slope side door is probably 25ft from silver queen lift.

Nice place with good space and SO close to the lifts!

Great host and a great property. I would say it is the closest to the Silver and Red Lady lifts except the unit next door’s entry is maybe 4 feet closer. Seriously crazy close! As in faster to walk ‘home’ and make your own drink/lunch/etc. than to pop in to the cafe at the lifts. So convenient. And 2 bathrooms! Note that the building does not allow burning in the fireplaces - they’re just decorative. Great place and we had an excellent time!

Best location!

Christmas in Crested Butte was great. The convenience of this condo couldn’t be any better. You literally walk out the condo and load the Silver Queen or Red Lady. The condo was very well stocked and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Almost perfect

Overall, we were very happy with one exception. Because there is no A/C or fans, we needed to open both glass doors to cool the rooms. The unit is on the end of the bldg which is directly over an outdoor bar & grill and the ski lift, which was very noisy during our entire stay. This would not be an issue during ski season. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great location

we stayed in the summer over the Fourth of July weekend. Directly next to all of the events, music, fireworks.
