Summary:
The Village is Boise's hip new shopping mall - 4 min by car. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. Please note there is no tub or shower downstairs. The dining table is for 8, and 2 can sit at the kitchen counter. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. 13 guests will sleep on memory foam mattresses, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.

The Space:
The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table under a covered pergola, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

Guest Access:
You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street. There is a foosball table in the garage for your use.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a residential neighborhood 4 min from The Village (Shops & Dining) and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 17 min. To Bogus Basin: 1 hr. To Eagle: 10 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 18 min. To Eagle Ada Sports Complex: 14 min. To Eagle Tennis Club: 11 min.

Other Things to Note:
This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.

Our team is local to Boise and Meridian. We prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with us is via SMS/Text. We will respond within the hour.

Great all around experience.

Brought the family and 2 dogs. The yard has enough room for the dogs to stretch their legs. House was clean and well kept. The location was perfect. Beautiful parks and restaurants everywhere. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay!

Family weekend

Nice place to enjoy family weekend close to Eagle. Lots of room for 9 to sleep plus 3 more to visit. Park within walking distance to run the little ones around. Fire pit bonus for making s’mores.

Great location, comfortable home

I visited Boise with family to visit other family and our stay in this home was great. Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Just about everything we needed was nearby. Easy access to all locations. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner/manager was quick and easy. She made our stay worryfree. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely reserve in the future when we return.

Boise Vacation Rental Family Gathering

It was so wonderful to spend a week with our kids and grandkids in June 2024. There were a total of 10 of us who stayed at the house. For the evening meal, 8 more family members joined us. The dining room table plus the outdoor patio table were adequate to include everyone. When planning to use the fire pit, be sure to bring your own kindling and matches. While the owner indicated she doesn’t maintain the grill, we found it wasn’t usable and recommend throwing it away. The entire house was immaculate w/no unusual smells. The ac worked well. Both televisions worked well. The three bathrooms were functional and clean. The downstairs commode intermittently ran then filled up fine. In the bathrooms, we needed more than the provided black “makeup” washcloths so picked up more wash cloths at Walmart. The kitchen is large enough for several people to prep a meal. It would have benefited by full sets of measuring cups and spoons. The knives are good and sharp.The conduction stove was new to me and worked fine. The large top fridge and bottom freezer is perfect & had no weird smells or stains. The laundry area includes a front loading washer and dryer as well as detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The appliance directions were easy to follow. The owner requested no shoes be worn upstairs, but many of us kicked off our shoes no matter whether we went upstairs or not. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Restful and Cozy

A lovely home! Things we liked most: very quiet neighborhood, fireplace was cozy on the rainy days, spacious for our group of 5, very close to shopping & restaurants, grocery store was 5 min away, the firepit was fun. We roasted marshmallows too! The mattresses were very comfortable - I think I got the best night's sleep in a year! Sam was a great hostess. We went to the Birds of Prey center - one of her suggestions - quite a highlight of our visit!

Amazing home and great location

Sam’s property was very comfortable for our group of 8. House was tidy and clean. We loved the location, Trader Joe’s was close! The neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was nice - didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or cornhole - too cold outside.

Excellent home

This home was perfect for our holiday stay. There were 8 of us and I was initially concerned that 1700 square feet may seem too small, but it was laid out very well. There was plenty of sleeping area and the back yard was lovely. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. Directions for use and checkout were great. Was a wonderful experience.

Over the last few years our group has stayed at 7-8 VRBO or similar properties as we travel all over the US for Baseball. The communication with the host was OUTSTANDING. We were able to communicate and early arrival which was awesome. There was a minor issue with the AC to which the host had repairmen onsite within hours and they stayed until late at night to fix the issue. As an Idaho contractor I have never seen an HVAC company respond so fast and be willing to work late to fix the issue. We would be honored to stay at this property again.

Boise fun!

This was an excellent central location for us during our family reunion. Sam was easy to work with and answered questions in a timely way. The fenced back yard is a plus and the house was very comfortable.

We know how important family events are and want to offer a property that will accommodate family members who visit Boise/Meridian to attend a wedding, a family reunion, or a funeral. Furthermore, athletic teams and worker crews often need large houses as well. We are often told that if it wasn't for us, that competition, wedding, or family reunion simply would not have been attended as renting multiple hotel rooms or two or three houses is cost-prohibitive. We welcome your large group!
