Disfrute de nuestra hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios ubicada en Meridian, en el corazón del Valle del Tesoro y menos de 30 minutos de Boise, Eagle y Nampa. Esta espaciosa casa tiene 3 dormitorios con camas de matrimonio, 2 baños completos, además de una suite principal con una cama king & baño principal w / bañera de remojo, y gran cabina de ducha. Un dormitorio y baño están en el nivel principal. Los otros están arriba.

La planta principal gran sala tiene pisos de madera con alfombras de área, sala de estar y comedor, y cocina. La cocina gourmet tiene mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, y un refrigerador puerta francesa. La cocina está completamente equipada con gran surtido de servir y utensilios de cocina, incluyendo un mezclador de ayuda de cocina y un exprimidor eléctrico nuevo.

Para entretenimiento ofrecemos un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 ", un paquete de entretenimiento de 150+ Direct TV, un reproductor de DVD Blu-Ray, Internet y Wi-Fi. Y para los niños ... una sala de juegos secreta se oculta debajo de las escaleras. Tiene una luz, una mesa y 2 sillas, y 2 grandes bañeras de bloques Duplo! ¡Nuestros "grandkids" aman jugar allí!

Situado en Paramount, una subdivisión de lujo, esta comunidad de prestigio cuenta con 2 piscinas comunitarias (Memorial Day abierto-Día del Trabajo), un gimnasio, áreas de recreación abierta, y está a pocos minutos de las tiendas. Tenemos un gran patio cercado, un patio cubierto sentado zona con sillas de mimbre y settee, una parrilla de gas, y un patio para cenar fuera. Amazing house and great trip!

This house was amazing and worked well for us. We had three different families who were able to have their own space as well as our daughter who had her own room. Dave was great and ensured everything was perfect!! Definitely a place I would stay at again and recommend to others coming to the area!!

House was amazing comfortable beds plenty of towels and sheets kitchen well equipped. Will definitely rent again! Beautiful relaxing back yard with plenty of seating. Met owners very nice and attentive to our needs. Great neighborhood for afternoon walks loved the ducks!

Amazing stay in Meridian

Upon arriving in the driveway, we knew it would feel as if we were at home. This home was immaculate and had all the comforts one needs when traveling. From the beautiful backyard to the comfortable living area, everything about our stay was perfect. We were treated to a lovely stay and would not hesitate to book again with Dave and Kathy. Looking forward to next year's Family Weekend, go Broncos!

Fantastic Hosts like staying at a friends house

Wasn't really ready for us

Dave was a nice guy and answered emails/texts but the house wasn't ready for us. The air conditioner wouldn't work and initially he told me something crazy about the temp in the house should be 20 degrees cooler than outside. Not true and finally he sent someone out to check the system and it was in need of repair. Then on the first morning when I was going to play golf, the hot water wouldn't get up to the master bath. The temp had been turned down on the water and I had to take an ice cold shower before going to golf. Finally the TV would never work. Dave said there were instructions but when I used either remote to turn on the TV, the screen would say "Weak or No Signal". So clearly something was wrong with the T.V. but he never fixed it or could tell us how to fix it.

Wedding Week

This house was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Meridian. The owners called me after seeing my worry in an email about renting the house since another Vrbo owner dumped my 8 month reservation a week before our arrival. Dave was very helpful and generous in letting us enter the house early. The house is beautiful as shown, quite, and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking through the lovely neighborhood and could decompress by the fireplace after a long day. With family members staying with us, the accommodations met everyone’s privacy and comfort needs as well. Thanks Dave for sharing your home....it was an important piece to all of the wedding celebration activities. Cheryl

Lovely and spacious home!

This house was a great place for our 4 day weekend. It was so clean and was the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. It’s only 4 minutes from the Meridian LDS temple and a short drive to Eagle. Dave was so nice and easy to work with. He responded to all of my questions very quickly. There is a nice backyard and patio for warm weather days. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Great Meredian Home

We rented this home for a wedding. David was so accommodating replying quickly to me several inquiries before ever arriving. Once we were there we had no reason to text him everything was perfect. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, actually walking distance to grocery and shops. Highly recommend

Terrific home in quiet neighborhood

This home was perfect for the size of our crew - 5 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean, easy entry situation, bedrooms were separated from the main living area so the kids could turn in early and not be bothered by us, the owner was very responsive and great to work with. This was the best home-away property that we have been to so far. 5 stars!

Perfect for our large family!!

This house was perfect for our family of eight. We all had space to ourselves but also some good common areas to gather. Location was great for the attractions we visited. The owners were fantastic with their communication, attention to detail and prompt replies when I had a couple questions. We would recommend this property to anybody and if we ever return to the area we could totally see ourselves staying there again. Thanks so much for contributing to our great vacation!!

Family work trip

This was our first experience with vrbo. My husband, mom, and 3 children (one of them being 3 months) stayed at this residence and it was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and large enough for all of us. Having a washer/dryer, laundry and kitchen was perfect. We also enjoyed the back yard, where my family played nightly. We didn’t want to leave and I never want to stay at a hotel again. The property manager, Dave, was very accommodating and easy to reach. The neighborhood was amazing and made us want to live in something similar. I cannot say enough good things about it. We feel lucky to have been able to rent this house.

Best Ever

We wanted a place where four couples age +/- sixty could get together for a reunion. This was perfect. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and seem to invite you in to relax awhile. The kitchen area is large enough that we comfortably accommodated eight adults preparing meals and cleaning up afterward. We easily found all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed, along with a supply of basic spices and condiments in the pantry and fridge. The great room area is perfect for both visiting or watching TV. The outdoor BBQ was an unexpected perk. The back yard is private and the landscaping is elegant. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. All of us were completely satisfied and would consider staying here again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was the perfect place for us and we recommend it to others without hesitation..

This house is a gem!

This house in Meridian was spotless and it is obvious a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable and cozy. We came back to the house after being gone all day to change and ended up cuddled on the couch watching TV instead of going out to dinner! It is in a beautiful area, ideally located to destinations in Meridian and Boise. Dave was very responsive both by phone and email.

Clean and great host

The host put a lot into the details, lots of towels, spices, little kids playroom, soap, qtips... lots of details that helped us enjoy our stay. We had some trouble with the AC and the owner got a tech out right away, we had a couple other small issues but they were quickly and kindly resolved. It's a beautiful place and we had a wonderful stay!

Dave is a retired accountant, & Kathy is a Realtor. We made the decision to move to Idaho in 2016 after years of coaxing by former neighbors who moved here in 1993.

One of our favorite things to do when not being with our grandchildren here is traveling and be with our daughter and her family in Australia.

We hope you enjoy your time in the Boise area as much as we do. Please let us know if you need anything.

This neighborhood is convenient to everything we need and is located near our very good friends, who coaxed us to move to Boise for over 20 years! Why did we wait so long? We love the Paramount community with it's many amenities and now have 4 homes in this development. You will love it too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Paramount is a community with walking trails, ponds with fountains, four swimming pools, a community center with work-out equipment, a park, and more. A great place to walk & talk. Or ride a bike and get a malt at the nearby Sonic or grab a coffee at the nearby Dutch Bros. coffee shop. We also love the covered patio in the back of the house. It's a great place to relax and BBQ. The backyard is large and filled with plants and flowers of many varieties. Color all spring, summer, and fall.
