Just what we needed

This property was just perfect for us. The hot tub was a nice feature. We could not get the wood stove insert to work without smoking so we didn't use that but management was responsive and even got it inspected for us.

Family Visit

Stayed here because it is near my family. Overall the house was very clean, comfy and relaxing Tahoe get away! The house and jacuzzi are great! The nightly rate is cheap but the cleaning fee was far too much given the extensive check out process. The house needs a few updates and Lux Villas was very responsive and assured me the updates would be taken care. There were some light bulbs out, tv remote had dead batteries, the vacuum did not work, coffee make missing inner basket (making it not able to use).

Great stay!!! Loved the property and back yard. Beautiful trees. A few appliances did not work and the rugs were a bit dirty. Wish there were towels for the hot tub. All and all would rent again. Thanks

Wedding Weekend

Property needs some improvements. Both toilets had issues, no linens for pullout sofa bed, extra small coffee pot, chipped dishes and cups, only one closet accessible for guests, no mirrors, other than in bathrooms. It could use some upgrades for the price.

Excellent home with great backyard

I rented this home for my daughter‘s 17th birthday. I had three teen girls and two moms. The backyard is awesome and spacious and the girls were able to put up their hammocks and play yard games that came with the house. The only downside is that upstairs there is not air conditioning so it can get a little warm but not too bad. Also should be noted that bears are notorious for breaking in houses in this area. We were not aware of this so it was quite a shock when it happened. Even so, just a perfect place to stay. It is technically in Myers which is a little farther away from “South Lake Tahoe” but you can get everywhere in 15 minutes or so.

Wonderful Property

I rented this house for a weekend birthday getaway and was incredibly satisfied! All amenities and perks listed on the app were accurate, the property was clean, the hot tub was clean and in good working condition. We had a concern with the snowfall during our stay and the number provided to text was managed well and we had a fast response. Overall our stay was wonderful and we are already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

Mediocre

CoZey home. Initially walked in and the fire alarm was beeping so the battery needed to be changed so it would stop. Could have used some extra blankets, better lighting in the living room, and non-watered down soap in the bathrooms. Wasn’t the worst home we have stayed in Tahoe at. But have definitely stayed in homes more nicely equipped for the price. Heater worked great. Some rooms were warmer/colder than others. The location is nice and close to many things however.

Great getaway!

Cute property in a great location! It was a short weekend family trip for us, but the property was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice and clean, close to amenities, and the hot tub was a nice treat!!

Wonderful lake tahoe cabin getaway

We loved the cabin its a great place for your family and kids . Cabin has a huge backyard for kids to run and play. Also it has a lot of board games for kids to play. And we couldn't complain about the jacuzzi its was perfect. Inside the house everything was as described and clean. We would stay here again.

Great Spot

We stayed for 4 nights and love it. Great yard and relaxing atmosphere. Loved having the hot tub, specially after long days of hiking. We cooked every meal, the kitchen is great and has every tool you might need.

Loved this Place

We loved this property. Great location and cute town. It is close to lots of restaurants and easy access to supermarkets. We actually hiked a lot in North Tahoe and the drive to the different trails was absolutely beautiful. It was definitely worth the drive because the cost differences between North and South Tahoe is substantial and the drive very easy. Coming back to a spotless, roomy house with a private hot tub was a great way to the end day!! Our only "complaint " which had nothing to do with the homeowners was there is no air conditioning in the house. It was unseasonably hot and the house got to be over 93°F for around 3-4 hours in the afternoon for most of our visit. We just tried to go out and enjoy some cocktails until the house cooled down. But this my only "complaint " ... and there was no way the homeowners could control the outside temps. Lol I would definitely recommend this property. Enjoy!!!

Great property

This was a great property for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Hot tub and big fenced yard was perfect for them, they could play in the snow in the yard safely and hot tub was another fun activity without having to leave the house. We booked this house because we came to Tahoe for snowmobiling, this property is only 1 min drive to Lake Tahoe Adventures which was so convenient. DoorDash and Instacart all deliver to the property also which made our stay even easier. The first few days we ran into a few minor snafus but the property management was completely responsive and on top of everything. I was really impressed with their communication and helpfulness which I appreciated. I highly recommend this property!

Much needed stay

This property was great for our small group of six. They made this experience so seamless and it felt extremely homey. The jacuzzi was definitely a favorite! Thank you for letting us stay and letting us feel a little normalcy with all the craziness going on

Beautiful house, good location

This was a wonderful experience. Spacious, comfortable house. Really well equipped kitchen, big comfortable hot tub with lots of privacy, double garage, wood burning stove in the living room, with a generous supply of fire wood. The spacious, fenced in back yard was great for our kids to run around in. Great location - quiet neighborhood, close to a bunch of great hikes, and South Lake Tahoe just a few minutes away. Highly recommended.

Best vacation house ever

I’ve stayed many places. This was by far the most perfect spot. Large fenced in manicured yard, deck And spa right off the kitchen. So many games, movies and activities for kids today. Very clean and well stocked. I will would buy this property in a hot minute if the owners ever wanted to sell. This is the most valuable family time we have ever spent together, so thank you so much♥️

Wonderful stay here

The property is a lot larger than I expected and we were very pleased. When we arrived that there was a garaged space available. My kids loved that there was a bunk bed and so we slept on the first level one of the nights. The mattresses are thinner due to it being a bunk bed, and so we moved back upstairs the next night. Lots of board games available. There was not a wine opener and so if you intend to have wine, remember to bring a corkscrew - however this wasn't advertised as being available and so we just brought our bottle home with us. The place was super clean and bright and just a few minutes drive from South Lake Tahoe. Wife loved doing yoga out on the deck. It was everything that was advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!
