Roof replacement project for Villa 1500, scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
Approved Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Setup Time: Contractors may begin setting up equipment between 7:30 – 8:00 AM daily.
Parking Restrictions:
No Parking in Villa 1500 Lot: During the removal and replacement of the concrete roof tiles, no vehicles may be parked in the Villa 1500 Villa parking lot. Heavy equipment will be in use, and this area must remain clear.

**All guests must register before their stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. Less than two miles from the shops and restaurants of Panama City Beach, your new home away from home for eight is even closer to all the things that make Florida great thanks to the Edgewater Resort. The sandy shores and warm gulf waters of the beach are right across the road with direct access via the tram service/Passover bridge. Par-3 golfing and a beautiful pond are also nearby. Shared swimming pools let you beat the heat, while shared hot tubs make it easy to simply sit back and relax after a long day out.

Cool tropical blues and greens await you in your bright, airy villa, complete with a patio for fresh air and views of the grounds below. The recently renovated living room features an assortment of ocean-themed decor, as well as a cushy sofa and armchair for kicking back with your loved ones. Between cable on the flatscreen TV and wireless internet access throughout the home, you've got everything you need for lazy nights!

Nearby bars and restaurants can provide you with many delicious dinners during your stay, but if you'd prefer to cook for yourself, look no further than the kitchen! The cabinets are packed with all the dishware you need, while a full selection of standard appliances - including a dishwasher for easy cleanup - gives you plenty of options.

On top of the multitude of attractions in Panama City Beach itself, you're just a stone's throw from the wide array of things to do just west of the city! Following Front Beach Road, you can spend your days splashing with the kids at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, shopping for your favorite brands at Pier Park, or learning about majestic sea creatures at Gulf World. Guest Registration Required:
Guest registration fees include entry to the resort and use of many amenities (pools, hot tubs, splash
pad, Oceans Restaurant, Edgie’s surf shop, beach access, and more; other Club amenities such as golf,
fitness center, and all court sports still carry an additional fee) and one vehicle access pass.
Registration fees are not parking fees. They must be paid regardless of how a guest arrives on property.
Fees are not impacted by whether your guest has a vehicle or not.
The guest registration fee is $50 per stay (regardless of duration). A second vehicle may be added for
$30. While discouraged in the summer because of limited space, TWO extra vehicles may be added for
$80. Extra motorcycles are $20 each during non-Bike week. A trailer/RV/pull behind in off season non-
Bike week is $40/week.8
