This stunning 2nd floor villa is just what your looking for. Your open floor plan great room looks out over one of Edgewater's fully stocked ponds and it's just a short tram ride or walk over to the beach. You'll enjoy relaxing on the queen sleeper sofa and coordinating chairs. There's a large TV with Roku HD Streaming with Lux Speed WiFi provided throughout the property so be sure to bring your devices!

Step out onto your covered balcony and enjoy morning coffee and croissants or watch turtles and fish in the fully stocked pond. You can access the balcony your great room and your main bedroom. There's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The Salty Shores Second Bedroom offers two queen sized beds and provides plenty of room. Adjacent to the second bedroom is another full bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo and is also accessible from the hall for anyone using the sleeper sofa. All this bathroom space makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze the family/group.

Your Coco Loco Third Bedroom features a queen size bed with plenty of closet space and a covered patio of its very own. This bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with single vanity and toilet.

All three bedrooms very spacious with tiled flooring throughout and have flat screen TVs with Roku Streaming. All have high thread count luxury linens and soft absorbent towels provided with your rental.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
