Welcome to Stay Salty at Edgewater! Relax with the whole family at this 3BR 3BA, Beach View Golf Villa at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Arguably the best located Villa in Edgewater Beach Resort. 2nd floor corner unit across from Beach Access #42, so you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach view or have your feet in the sand in less than a one minute walk from our front door! Parking right in front of the unit.

Spacious 1400+ sq/ft condo. Master bedroom has a king bed and a single sofa chair bed. 2nd bedroom has a king bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Living room has a pull out queen bed.

Security Gated Golf Resort with an Executive Par-3 Golf Course (additional fee amenity). You'll also find basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. This sprawling resort houses 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), kids splash area, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center & workout studio (additional fee amenity), and a business/conference center. Guests can rent beach chair service, watersports, and beach bonfires through Goin' To The Beach service (3/1-10/31). There is an assortment of dining options available to choose from at the resort - you can dine gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza (served through Ocean's), and/or enjoy a beverage at either Blender's Poolside Bar or Shaker's Bar (the latter open seasonally on the weekends). As you explore the resort, you will also find everything from Starbucks coffee to an ice cream parlor to Edgie's Corner Market where you can pick up beach toys for the kids.

Edgewater Resort offers complimentary shuttle service that conveniently arrives at the front of our condo to take you to the pools, amenities and anywhere else around the resort. This is extremely convenient when you have toddlers, young kids and bags to carry to the pool!

Our unit has pedestrian gate access to the public beach just across the street and 1 pool (heated from Nov to April) two min walk away!

*There will be an additional $300 security deposit hold for every booking.

*A rental agreement is required to be signed by the booking person once booking is made.

*Booking person on file must be 25+ yrs old and staying at the condo during dates booked. Security guard will be checking driver's license upon arrival date.

*All guests must register online prior to their stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. The base registration fee ($50) includes one vehicle access pass (can be a car/truck or motorcycle), wristbands, and the use of most Resort amenities (some Club amenities require an additional fee). This fee is required whether the guest will have a vehicle or not. Vehicle access passes will be provided by security upon arrival. Registration instructions will be emailed once booking is confirmed.

One additional motorcycle (non-Bike weeks) +$20.00
Two additional motorcycles (non-Bike Weeks) +$40.00

*Maximum number of guests is 10, including infants. (Additional guests will need to be pre-approved and additional charges will be applied if approved)

This villa worked out great for our stay. It had plenty of room for all 10 of us. We loved that it is conveniently located close to a public beach access. We really enjoyed it!

Location Location Location!

Park right at the front door and only have a 30 second walk to the beach! We loved NOT waiting on elevators (There are none!) Loading and unloading is so easy; we parked 20 feet from the front door! The beach was a short walk away thru the private gate; ultra convenient! The beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. I have been going to PCB for 50 years and this is the best stay I have had yet, will be back ASAP!!

Family trip

Overall wonderful experience! The whole process was extremely smooth from booking, checking in, questions answered timely before we arrived and during our stay, and checking out. We had plenty of space for our family and everything we needed. John was extremely responsive to all questions. All the beds were so comfortable and the master bathroom was beautifully redone. Just a note on the weekend it was really loud in the master bedroom of motorcycles and cars from the highway but the other rooms were not bothered by the noise. All in all it was a small price to pay with the noise on the weekend to have the beach and ocean view. We would definitely rent again!

Fun Family Getaway

Decided to spend our last beach trip of the summer at this condo and it turned out to be a great choice!! Condo was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed. Location was amazing, a beautiful view of the beach and just a short walk to get there. John was also super awesome and very helpful during our stay - he was so responsive and we had no worries! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Family stay

We stayed for an event at the convention center/family vacation and this property could not have been more perfect. It is well laid out and set up perfectly. It was also well stocked with anything you could need. Easy access to the rest of resort. The owner was helpful and prompt and very easy to work with.

This is our 2nd time to stay in this condo, we stayed last year as well. And we will definitely stay again. The condo is everything we need and want. Itā€™s clean, the location to the beach and the event center where our events were was perfect! John is amazing to work with and so hospitable. Definitely cannot recommend enough!

Clean and Beachy

This Condo was Super Clean and directly across from Beach Access #42, which was very convenient. Beautiful decor and Homey atmosphere.. John, the Host was fantastic! He promptly answered any questions we had!! We will certainly be planning another vacation at this Condo and Resort!! Loved It!!

Location

This property was exceptional! The location and access to the beach was everything we needed! Four adults and 4 teenagers enjoyed the space and sleeping arrangements comfortably. It was also in a great vicinity for golfing on site or close by. The kitchen had the majority of all cooking supplies needed for all our meals we cooked in the unit. The owner was very prompt to respond to our inquiries. Definitely will be returning!

We enjoyed staying staying at Char and Coopā€™s Hideaway John was great and kept in touch the whole vacation.. The condo was exactly what we needed for our 3 small families meeting there for vacation. It was nice being close to the beach access, still had a view of the beach even though were across the street, and as fsr as walking distance goes; the unit is the same walking distance to the beach as the ocean front units. The neighbors were friendly, no issues with finding parking spots, or walking forever to get to the unit. No dealing with long elevator lines, or pushing a luggage cart for 3 miles. The gated community was nice. We enjoyed a round of golf. The staff was great too. All in all it made for a great family vacation. We hope to be back soon!

Great view

The unit was fantastic with an excellent view of the beach. The only negative is we were told that our rental golf cart was okay as long as we paid for the additional parking pass. Well that is not the case as they are not allowed on the property at all. So we had to park it about 3/4 of a mile away and walk to it. Just wish this would have been clarified when I asked about it. However overall the unit was great and the owner quickly responds to any questions you have

Comfortable condo with easy beach access

Pros: very comfortable beds. The kids commented on it several times. Even the pullout sofa bed was great. Large balcony with nice view for not quite beachfront. Beach was a hop and a skip! Tram service to the main pool was fun for my kids. Main pool was very pretty and the grille food was great. Karoake and group dancing on friday night was a special family treat. Heated pool by condo very nice for a night dip. Love the makeup remover dark cloth washcloths in the bathrooms. Condo very close to beach gift shops and a publix. Lots of good food options. Jin Jin Asian food was great. Tzizikis is a healthy affordable delivery option also. We had no real trouble getting our orders to the door from grubhub which can be important for families. Areas I would wish for: 2 bathrooms had a toilet scrubber. My bathroom didn't have one (master white tiled shower). Liquid hand soap would be nice because I use a pump in the toilet at home to clean and freshen my bathroom up every day. The iron temperature knob is so worn you can't tell what setting it is on and I burned a hole in one of my dresses (thankfully a $6 goodwill special :) maybe take a sharpie and mark a low and high setting for guests as a cheap and easy fix. A sound machine in the master would be helpful for the road noise which seemed to stop close to midnight. We put a loud brown noise on from our phone every night which did the trick. There was no pizza cutter which would be helpful. Small things, just trying to be helpful. It's a great condo. We had a nice stay and great weather.
