Located in the traditional village of Manémeur, 300 m from the Sauvage coast and 1km from the city center, this traditional house of 100 sqm enjoys all the amenities while preserving rustic that make the charm of this house.

You will find on the ground floor:

- a fitted kitchen: dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator 1 door with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker Krups

a large living room with fireplace and TV lounge area

a separate toilet


Upstairs :

- a room of 15 mÂČ with a bed of 140 x 200 cm

a room of 10m2 with a child bed of 90 x 200 cm

A mezzanine of 15m2 with sofa bed for 2 people

a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet (+ baby bath)


The house is equipped with Wifi

Guests can enjoy a furnished terrace that offers the possibility of parking 1 car.

The bed linen is provided.

A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage is found.

Cleaning option (70 €) to specify. If not, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

un trÚs bon souvenir malgré tout

maison typique trĂšs bien, trĂšs bien placĂ©e prĂšs de la cote sauvage dommage la maison vient d'ĂȘtre vendue et le propriĂ©taire a un peu laissĂ© tomber : machine Ă  cafĂ© en panne, cuisiniĂšre qui a besoin d'ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©e, dĂ©codeur tv hs nous n'avons pas pu avoir la TV pendant tout notre sĂ©jour

Séjour agréable, la maison est trÚs bien située entre le centre-ville de Quiberon et la cÎte sauvage. Jolie maison en pierres. Le bémol : maison trop personnelle avec des objets personnels et bibelots (cannes, parapluie, fleurs en plastiques...) pas assez neutre pour une location de vacances.

Beautiful stone cottage

Wonderful cottage recently renovated and furnished with antique pieces. Quiet location within walking distances of the town center and the coastline. We really enjoyed the great atmosphere of this property. On the negative side was the fact that the TV and washing machine were not working. No TV is not a big problem but we had planned on doing some laundry. Otherwise the house has everything one needs in the kitchen and for dining. We made use of the small terrace area just outside the entrance. We had a great stay here.

Location trÚs bien placée à 15 mn de la grande plage. Deux chambres et un clic clac sur mezzanine ( pas pour sommeil léger). Lave linge un peu fatigué, tout le reste parfait.

Tout d’abord nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçu par Marie et son Ă©quipe. La maison est charmante malheureusement je n’ai pas mis la note maximum car elle n’est pas adaptĂ© pour la location trop de meubles trop de vase avec fausse fleurs trop de tout et moquette dans la chambre principale. Dommage cette maison a tout pour ĂȘtre parfaite

Agréable maison dans le joli village de Manémeur

La maison est bien équipée et a beaucoup de charme. Elle est situé trÚs prÚs de la cÎte sauvage et du centre de Quiberon. Un chemin conduit à la mer et à la piste cyclable ce qui est trÚs agréable. Nous recommandons!
