Private home in a very nice neighborhood in Fishers, In. 2 bed room, 1.5 bath home, 2 story and fenced yard, 2 blocks from city park, quiet street, 3/4 acre treed lot. 2 outside patios with fire pit for cold nights. Off street parking, great outside lighting. No pets and no smoking. Firestick TV plus local TV channels.
Kitchen: Double door Ref., Microwave, smooth top electric range w/oven, Dishwasher, disposal, all pans, dishes, linens provided, coffee pat, toaster oven. Lots of cabinets and counter space and full food pantry. Eat in kitchen with laminate floors
Family Room: Conveniently located with kitchen. 47" flat screen tv, plus carpet, fireplace(gas). Desk, Printer, computer monitor(only), Recliner and reclining love seat.
Living room: 70" flat screen smart TV and surround sound. Firestick and 30 local over the air Tv channels, Vaulted ceiling, plush carpet, 2 recliners with full reclining sofa .
Bed rooms: 21" TV. King size bed, double door closets in both bed rooms, dressers in both bedrooms. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Twin beds in second bed rooms.
3 Seasons Room: 47" Flat screen TV, dinette table, 4 full patio doors, burber carpet A/C, ceiling fan.
Utility Room: Washer/Dryer
Bath rooms: Main floor 1/2 bath, main bath on 2nd floor with both bed rooms. Shower and Tub. Large double sink and vanity.

This is a very nice home. No pets and no smoking. All linens and utensils included.

A very quiet and comfortable place to sleep, eat and unwind. Walkable neighborhoods with a large park for relaxing, and friendly neighbors. The Host, Bill, super nice man willing to jump in and help make you stay comfortable. But you won’t need too -enjoy the fire pit and sundeck porch (my Favs.)

Feels like home.

This rental has all the amenities of being at home. It is spacious with a bonus sunroom that is in a lovely neighborhood close to park, walking/biking trail, highways, stores and eateries. The owner is quick to respond to any questions.

Extended Stay

Ich habe das Objekt von Bill für ein Business-Aufenthalt in der Gegend in Anspruch genommen. Die Kommunikation mit Bill war sehr einfach und zügig. Als ich ankam lag alles perfekt vorbereitet Vorort und ich musste mich nur noch bedienen. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber, und überall waren frische Handtücher etc. Die Ausstattung der Küche und aller anderen Räume lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Auch die Klimaanlage ist einfach und funktioniert im Ganzen Haus und sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen auch im Sommer. Ich würde dieses VRBO jederzeit wieder besuchen wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin. Bill war ein toller Gastgeber.
