Quiet for this charming house recently renovated, located in the countryside of Arradon, 2 km from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and 5 minutes from shops.
Plot of 600 m2 with private heated pool of 10 m2, depth 1.20 m, usable from April to October.
Terrace of 50 m2, facing south, equipped with garden furniture and sunbathing.
The house includes a living room overlooking the terrace and pool, with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with its private bathroom with shower and sink (1 on the ground floor, then 2 on the floor)

Super séjour dans le Golfe du Morbihan !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Bretagne. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et son aménagement très soigné. La déco est très belle et apaisante. Les sanitaires sont vraiment impeccables !
La piscine est petite mais c'était parfait pour nos 2 enfants (10 et 12 ans) qui y sont allés tous les jours et se sont bien amusés ! Anne et Jean-Michel sont vraiment charmants, ils nous ont donné plein de conseils utiles à notre arrivée et tout au long du séjour quand nous avions une question.
Nous recommandons cette maison à fond !!

Maison très fonctionnelle, jolie déco sobre et de bon goût, très sympa. Calme absolu et idéalement située pour découvrir le golfe. Et cerise sur les gâteau, les hôtes sont prévenants, à l’écoute et fort sympathiques. Merci à Anne et Jean-Michel pour ce séjour très agréable et ss doute à bientôt !

En un mot : la perfection
Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description. Il était de plus ultra propre, très bien situé (à condition d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer), décoré avec énormément de goût et très bien équipé (mention ++ pour la literie) et l’extérieur était extrêmement bien entretenu ! Les hôtes étaient ultra disponibles et très réactifs à toutes nos demandes. On a été très sensible aux conseils donnés pour les balades et les restaurants !
Le seul regret que nous avons est de ne pas avoir pu y rester plus longtemps !!
(Honnêtement le commentaire précédent est réellement incompréhensible au vu des prestations fournies…).

Lumineux et reposant
Hôtes disponibles et sympathiques qui donnent de bons conseils pour le séjour (attention toutefois à toujours bien porter le masque en ce moment ;)).
Maison très propre, très lumineuse, fonctionnelle et agréable. Située au milieu des champs et à quelques kilomètres de la mer, néanmoins accolée à une maison.
Décoration de bon goût et moderne.
Confort des chambres excellent avec salle de bain individuelle.
Piscine très jolie mais non testée car non mise en service durant notre séjour.
Point négatif : la cuisine bien équipée mais tout ne fonctionne pas (exemple hotte et lave-vaisselle).

Nous faisons le maximum afin que nos locataires passent le meilleur séjour possible. Notre maison est située à 2 km de la mer dans 1 hameau de 4 maisons, non mitoyennes.
En effet, la piscine ne peut pas être chauffée en Avril, les températures extérieures sont trop fraîches à cette période, elle l’est de début Juin à fin Septembre.
Nous sommes vraiment désolés que le lave-vaisselle ait lâché pendant votre séjour. Nous allons très rapidement remédier à ce souci.

Bonne adresse dans le golfe du Morbihan
La maison est bien située pour découvrir la région (Arradon, Larmor Baden, Ile aux Moines) et l'accès aux sentiers côtiers est très proche. Le logement est confortable et la salle de bain privative pour chaque chambre est un plus appréciable. Acceuil sympathique et souriant.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants,
De très bons conseils en ce qui concerne les visites des restaurants.
Quelques petites attentions sympathique aussi à l’arrivée, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés très bonne location.
À refaire pour nous mais plus au printemps ou à l’automne,
