Sea Star is a exquisite new vacation beach home fully equipped and built to a high standard. The home is a spacious one story 1600 square foot open floor plan with raised ceilings for an extra spacious feel. This new home is tastefully furnished and setup with 4 TVs. The kitchen is a lovely well-appointed designer kitchen open to the living and dining areas - just perfect for entertaining. Each bedroom is spacious with luxuriously comfortable beds. The open deck looks down at the spacious pool surrounded by a smooth, cool paver pool deck. There are charcoal and gas grills for your convenience. North Captiva Island is accessible only by boat, and is golf cart, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic only. A new four-seater cart comes with your rental for licensed drivers only. Make Sea Star part of your next dream vacation!

We fell in love with the serenity and nature on North Captiva! We built SeaStar in 2016 and started renting in 2017. We designed the home to make it as comfortable and enjoyable as we would want for our family, and hope you enjoy it as well!

Why they chose this property

SeaStar is a few minute's walk to just about everything, but it's easier to use the golf cart. Inside or outside, we have plenty for the entire family to do. This is a true getaway for you and your family where you just add you and your groceries to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

You can unplug and get away from the crowds on the beach or preserve, yet be close enough to civilization when you need it and all your usual comforts of home!
