The studio in REZ-DE-GARDEN fully equipped offers a large sleeping 2 people 1. 60x1. 90ml and 2 beds in bunk beds 90x1. 90ml.
Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) + large fridge / freezer.
Interior fully restored 3 years ago - separate WC and Bathroom.
Terrace and outdoor furniture.
The residence offers a large private pool and lifeguard + paddling pool for the little ones, access to the beach by pedestrian path (150 meters), 3 petanque, a table tennis room, 2 tennis courts, a laundry and a WIFI room. It is located near the shops, restaurants and care services of the Corniche.

A local bike available, private parking space and free. 2 deposit checks:
1 deposit check of 210 EUROS FOR RENT
1 check of 50 euros for the household if it is not done by the tenants at the end of the stay.

Bel emplacement, mais description insuffisante de la location.Il n'est pas précisé que, pour y accéder, il y a 3 volées de marches sans ascenseur, que le lit principal est un lit-placard extrêmement lourd à manoeuvrer, et que la place de parking est la plus éloignée possible, ce qui rend le transport des bagages difficile.En résumé, un petit studio sympathique et bien équipé au niveau cuisine et salle de bains, mais absolument pas adapté à des personnes âgées ou handicapées.A indiquer dans l'annonce

Pas de réseaux télephonique ce qui est legerement embettant .Mais c'est un endroit charmant avec plage non loin et commerce.La personne qui nous á accueilli est vraiment très agréable. Ce studio est vraiment bien avec une belle vue sur la mer un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre joie de vivre.
