Excellent instructions for the cabin and with communications by the owner! We enjoyed an annual gals trip at this very pleasant place. While we didn't use the hot tub or screened porch, it was very convenient and well done. The house was the perfect size for 4 gals with plenty of space and a lovely gas fireplace in the great room area. The cabin setting in the woods was very pretty for the Fall weather, with front porch swing and chairs that was so pleasant.

We got fined because we got out of the cabin at 12:40 and and didn't strip the beds. Owner was a real jerk to deal with.

You had 10 people in the cabin. We make it very clear in our listing that the maximum number is 8, and that is what you agreed to. Also, check out time is 11:00am, and there were people in the cabin until 12:40. As a result, my cleaning crew could not start work until then. They charge by the hour, so I will have to pay extra for the delay you caused. Also, our rules, which you signed off on, require that you strip the beds, get the towels started in the washing machine, and place your garbage in the nearby dumpster. You ignored those requirements, which will also cause the cleaning crew to spend more time than they normally do. You’re now calling me a “jerk” because I called you and pointed out all of these issues. Hurling an insult does not negate your bad behavior.

Great rustic-feel cabin, with all the amenities. Excellent location with access to nearby wedding venues as well as restaurants with carry out . Nice quiet street, and a short walk to a peaceful dock to relax in the fall. The host was very quick to respond to our questions. We’d stay again.

Great charming cabin. Easy to get to location and close to shopping, activities and a few restaurants. Comfortable beds and sofas. Kitchen had everything we need. Saw a deer a couple times and some ducks. Great value. Only negative, and we could of misread, was dock was a short walk away. Seemed like it was at the back of cabin, so no early coffee on the dock. Very peaceful lake. Host was very responsive to messages and a call.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. The house was spotless upon arrival and clearly very well cared for, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The space is thoughtfully designed, spacious, and has everything needed for a stress-free stay. The location was extremely convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet enough to feel private and peaceful. It really made getting around easy and added a lot of value to our trip.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back again. It felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

This was a great cabin overall and a very nice, comfortable property. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the space.A few things to be aware of: one of the “bedrooms” is located in the basement, so no one in our group really wanted to stay down there. There was also a persistent scraping noise on the roof in the master bedroom, but only at night, and it kept one of the girls up for hours. We also felt there could have been more towels available for guests.Other than those issues, it was a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying at this wonderful cabin for years and look forward to coming back every year. The owners take great care of the property and each year we notice little things that are "fine tuned" and upgraded. They are so easy to work with and respond quickly to questions. Thank you for another memorable stay!
