This is a semi-detached villa with bedrooms located about 200 meters from the beach in the newest condominium at Praia D’El Rey, Vila da Praia. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, with the master bedroom having a double bed and a private bathroom, with bath and shower and a fantastic view of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom with shower located in the hall. The very bright living and dining room has sofas, table and chairs, satellite TV and glass doors that lead to the outside patio with table and chairs, where you can enjoy a meal outside, in the sun and in the views. From the dining room you can directly access the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The communal heated pool (May-Sep) is 10 meters from the entrance to the villa, with sun loungers available. The house has wireless internet.
