Pretty house from the 60s renovated in a quiet environment with a pleasant flower garden, terraces, plancha, 2 bedrooms 140x200 beds on the ground floor and an attic room access miller's ladder with twin beds 2 beds of 80X200 or 1 bed 160x200, a bathroom bath tub / shower on the ground floor, separate toilet, TV, wifi, sheets and towels provided. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer available and an outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beaches. The house is about 5 minutes from Capbreton and Hossegor and quick access to the motorway for the Basque Country and Spain.
