A perfect holiday destination for those who want to be somewhere that isn’t tiny, yet isn’t too large. Apart from its lovely beaches, Moncofa is also close to the natural Park of Sierra de Espadá. A nice and relaxing spot to enjoy the Mediterranean on one hand, but also explore nature.

Moncofa encourages you to use a bicycle! You will enjoy to cycle by the coast, on quite a flat terrain parallel to the Mediterranean, which connects around 30 km of coastline. Whether you decide to walk or use a bike, there is a diverse range of scenery to enjoy.

The 70sqm apartment offers you space and modern comfort in an ideal location. 200 meters from the sea and any commodities, you will enjoy the tranquility of a recent building with pool and lift.

Final cleaning and bedlinen+towels are included in the total price that is displayed. This means that a professional maintenance team will clean the apartment thoroughly and prepare it for the next guests.

In the objective of best efficiency and respect for our staff, we do request all our guests to ensure that the basic cleaning is done before they leave the holiday rental:
- discard all your garbage,
- empty dishwasher and store away clean dishes,
- pull linen from the beds and put it folded on each bed
- finally leave all towels in the bathrooms

Should our cleaning staff report any major disrespect of these rules, we will charge the guest an extra and additional fee.
