Las reseñas anteriores no se transfieren con la propiedad :( La suite Sea Turtle es una de las tres unidades de la propiedad, dependiendo del tamaño de su grupo y la disponibilidad de reservar 1, 2 o 3 unidades. (cada uno enumerado individualmente, pregunte si es necesario)
            Esta hermosa y tranquila suite frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones familiares perfectas o una escapada cálida del frío. A pocos pasos de la arena cálida, el océano y las tortugas marinas, esta suite forma parte de un complejo de 3 suites con un patio y terraza compartidos con su propia playa privada. "Serenity Beach" se encuentra en medio acre en un lugar muy tranquilo y aislado en Melbourne Beach. (Tenemos una cama inflable adicional en la unidad para 2 si viaja con un grupo de 6)
             Comience su mañana con un excelente desayuno en la cocina totalmente equipada con el hermoso amanecer del Océano Atlántico y pase los días relajándose junto al mar o surfeando. Beba su café o bebida favorita mientras se relaja con el sonido de las olas del mar y los pelícanos que vuelan sobre su cabeza.
"Serenity Beach" ubicada en el corazón del Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Archie Carr. Cada año, estas playas son lugares de anidación de miles de tortugas bobas, verdes y baulas. Es uno de los pocos lugares del mundo donde las tres especies ponen sus huevos. Hay más de 140 especies de aves, el refugio es una parada para muchas aves migratorias.
Esta ubicación es increíble con la naturaleza alrededor y, sin embargo, está a menos de 2 horas de todos los parques temáticos de Orlando, a 45 millas del Centro Espacial Kennedy y a 30 millas del centro de cruceros en Puerto Cañaveral. This is a fantastic property in a great location. Literally steps from the beach. Indoor and outdoor facilities are everything you could want. Clean and spacious inside with great views of the ocean. Hosts Dean and Patricia are wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely be back next year.

The location is perfection! The property is right on the beach. If you are lucky (we were) you can see the sea turtles nesting. It's a short drive to restaurants and the grocery store, which was very convenient. The home has everything you need and was super clean! We will be back.

Our stay at Serenity Beach was fabulous! The unit was beautiful and one of the most well equipped VRBO's we have stayed at. Owners were very responsive and flexible with a couple changes we needed. Thank you and hope to be back next year.

Almost Like We Owned the Beach

This place is a true gem. We rented the middle unit and found it clean, well appointed, and well maintained. We didn't do much cooking, but that kitchen had it all and then some! But the best part is the beach. There wasn't a sole within a quarter mile or more in either direction of us Quite an amazing experience these days. Oh, and our mini Golden-Doodle also gives his approval as well.

Really Great Property

Very clean and comfortable home with all of the amenities. The location is on a really busy road but you can’t hear it inside the house or on the back patio. The beach is really clean and not filled with many people. We rode bikes everywhere as there is a nice path alongside the road. We would stay again.

Great Place

This was our third time staying at Serenity Beach. Needless to say we love it. Very clean, well equipped with lots of little extras. Great location on one of the best beaches in Florida. We rent two of the three units for a family get together. Hosts are wonderful. Highly recommend this place.

Beach cottage oasis!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay to celebrate our anniversary. The private beach was my favorite. Everything was great. The host provided a cooler, beach bag, towels, chairs and umbrella. There are tons of restaurants nearby and a Publix down the road. Will definitely be back.

Feeling serene at Serenity Beach!!

Beautiful home, exactly as pictured!! Host was easy to communicate with even though we had no issues! Everything was thought of to make the stay comfortable. We didn’t cook to take advantage of the local restaurants but the kitchen appeared to have everything needed and then some! The beach was amazing. Down just a few steps. It was basically a private beach. Living room furniture as well as beds were comfortable. Best part was you can hear the ocean while going to sleep! We would definitely recommend!

We grew up in Florida: my wife, Patricia in Port Charlotte and I, Dean in Ft. Lauderdale. We both lived in Gainesville, Go Gators! We had had our 2 children in Boca Raton and lived there for 12 years. We moved here to Melbourne Beach in 2012 because I have been surfing these beaches for more than 30 years and always loved what the area offers for our family!


Why this property:
We own another vacation rental called "The Beach Shack" (VRBO:1393715) in the nearby town of Indialantic. We just love sharing our unique area with the amazing travelers from all over the country and the world. We love the beach and had this amazing opportunity to own this property that has 3 vacation rental units. It gives the opportunity for guest to rent one, two or three units depending on how many people traveling.

We just love sharing our beautiful area with the amazing travelers from all over the country and the world and we get to host them as a business. Our guests always ask us if we have anymore rentals. We love the beach and had this amazing opportunity to own this triplex that has 3 vacation rental units. All listed. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves as you sip your coffee on the deck, viewing the spectacular ocean sunrises! Serenity Beach is ideally located in Brevard County between the cruise ships in Port Canaveral to the north and beautiful south beaches of Sebastian Inlet State Park. If all systems are GO, you could witness a Kennedy Space center rocket launch from your own beach.
Situated on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon with nature abound, it's easy to spot pelicans flying overhead, dolphins, and sometimes manatees! Depending on the time of year, connect with one of mother natures unique events during turtle nesting season, March thru October. The beaches here are one of few in the world that have three species of turtles lay their eggs at night and early morning hours, then the hatchlings emerge to start their life journey. The loggerhead, the huge leatherback and the green turtles have been using these beaches for millions of years, it is a very special event to witness but never touch or disturb them with lights. These turtles are protected by law and by the locals.
The small sleepy towns of Melbourne Beach and Indialantic hold many events: art shows to Founder's Day! There is plenty to do if you want. If you like fishing you can get your gear at nearby Black Dog bait shop and try your luck surf fishing, off the pier at Sebastian Inlet state park or local boat charters. If you like golf there is nearby Spessard Holland or Aquarina Country Club.
