Location mensongĂšre : un autre appartement Ă  l’arrivĂ©e !

Pratiquement arrivĂ©e Ă  destination, nous avons reçu un message du propriĂ©taire nous fixant un rendez-vous Avenue Sainte-Marguerite. Nous le rejoignons, pensant rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s de la location rue Vallauris mais il n’en est rien. Il nous prĂ©sente un appartement inconnu au bataillon: nous n’irons jamais dans l’appartement initialement louĂ©. Devant le fait accompli et pour ne pas dormir Ă  la rue avec mes enfants, nous sommes contraints d’accepter cet imprĂ©vu. L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussĂ©e sans balcon et sans climatisation. Il n’y a pas de machine Ă  cafĂ© ni de bouilloire contrairement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait convenu. La moitiĂ© de la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas, l’appartement est envahi d’insectes remuant le long des murs et faisant des bĂ©bĂ©s dans toutes les piĂšces. L’appartement est mal nettoyĂ©, la cabine de douche est pleine de calcaire, une des salles de bains pleines d’araignĂ©es. Durant le sĂ©jour, nous rencontrons les voisins, surpris que nous soyons des locataires vacanciers car c’est apparemment interdit dans le bail. Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, une fois rentrĂ©s, nous avons reçu un mail nous demandant de lui mettre 5 Ă©toiles en souhaitant que nous revenions l’annĂ©e prochaine. C’est scandaleux, selon lui nous Ă©tions surclassĂ© !
