豪華で新しい-スイミングプールと庭園、ビーチから30 m-ヤシの木立に位置するテラスと小さなプライベートガーデン付きの2ルームアパートメント-静かな街にあります（クロワゼットから徒歩10〜15分）。

完全に改装された、上品な装飾、豪華、モダンで機能的。
スイミングプールのあるヤシの木立に位置するこの「ミニヴィラ」は、上記とは対照的に、または隣人がいないため、テーブルと椅子を備えたテラス、サンベッドとヤシの木立のある小さな庭。

総面積：43m²。 アパートの構成：
1つの大きな160 cmダブルベッド（優れたマットレス）、収納食器棚、ソファベッド付きのリビングルーム（クッションを取り外すことなく簡単に開く）、非常に良い寝具、テレビ+100チャンネル、WIFIインターネット、新しいアメリカンキッチン、洗濯機を備えた1ベッドルーム食器、洗濯機、エアコン、シャワー付きのバスルーム（大理石とトラバーチン）、トイレ、仕事用の小さな机のある入り口（必要に応じて...）

Great location

Me and my two daughters enjoyed a week in beautiful Cannes. This apartement has a great location and Nathalie is a superhost. Very supportive and easy to connect with. We would love to come back.

Un appartement très agréable

Notre séjour s'est déroulé à merveille. Le logement était très fonctionnel. La résidence était calme, très bien équipée et surtout, très bien située. L'hôte était disponible et très réactive. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement !

Sehr gute Lage, aber Appartement etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Vermieterin war nett und es gab eine Flasche Rosé als Geschenk. Es war alles, wie beschrieben, leider waren aber einige Dinge defekt wie der Grill, eine Sonnenliege und 2 Lampen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man auch an der Dusche, der Mikrowelle und dem Geschirrspüler merkt. Dafür ist die Lage vom Apartment perfekt für den kurzen Weg zum Strand und den Weg nach Cannes City. Die Hälfte der Zeit brauchten wir das Auto nicht. Wenn das Apartment etwas renoviert wird, stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wieder. So leider nicht ganz.

Great apartment!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the beach, grocery store, boulangerie and restaurants. Natalie was very nice to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had.

Très bel appartement, dans résidence avec magnifique parc pour ceux qui aiment le calme, et pourtant très bien situé, car moins de 5 min à pieds pour aller à la plage, et supermarché en haut de la rue.La propriétaire Nathalie est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Schönes kleines Appartement

Das Appartement ist schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Super Lage, ca 3 Min. zum Strand und der Hafen und die Stadt sind ebenso in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Nathalie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekt lokation i Cannes.stort set lige ved Beach , ca 5-10’ gåtur til den centrale Cannes . Perfekt med småbørn , der godt kan være træt af at bade i saltvand : til ejendommen hører en fantastisk stor og ren swimmingpool. Som regel var der kun få mennesker fra de andre lejligheder i bassinet. Der er en stor , lukket fælles have, udover til den lejlighed hørende lille eget forhave/ terrasse. Køkkenet er supergodt udstyret. Der er aircondition , separat soveværelset. God plads i skabene. Mulighed for parkering i ejendommens eget garagen. Der er også indkøbsmulighed i nærheden (500 m leaderprice). Alt i alt er Det et supergodt sted med småbørn. Det eneste lille negativ bemærkning at vi syntes at det var misvisende at i beskrivelsen omhandler de ejendommen som en “villa”. Det er nok lidt overdrevet, men i hvert fald en hyggelig lille lejlighed med eget lille bitte forhave ...

Relaxing oasis near the beach

We have had a wonderful relaxing stay in the apartment which is in a great location near the town and beach all within easy walking distance. The train and buses are located nearby if you want to plan some trips further afield. The apartment is lovely well furnished, clean, modern and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The private terrace is relaxing, with nice gardens and a pool, across the road the beach and Mediterranean Sea. We have enjoyed the sunsets over Cannes from the beachfront. Nathalie was a lovely host, very helpful and responsive.

Just what we needed

The apartment is in a brilliant location, just a 2 minute walk from the beach and the local bakery which was perfect for breakfast. The apartment had everything we needed and was quiet and we felt very safe in the private garden. Nathalie was lovely and welcoming to us. I would recommend the property to anybody who wants to visit Cannes.

Great Location

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in Cannes. Across the street from a clean, pristine public beach, with several private beach clubs within walking distance. Also within walking distance of full service grocery stores, excellent restaurants, and the Palais section of Cannes. Full service grocery store and pharmacy within a short walk as well. We never had to use our car, except to go site-seeing at local attractions (Nice, Cap-de-Ferrat, Antibes, etc.). Nathalie was an excellent host who was very flexible with our arrival time. The apartment was clean, attractive, and very secure. We will definitely rent her apartment again whenever we come back to Cannes.

Nice and calm place

Great place to bring kids. The pool is well arranged and both shallow and deep. Close to beach and town center. We walked into the center many times with children at 2 and 4 years without stroller. On the hottest days we took the bus into the city center or train station from the bus stop: Médiathèque, right outside the gate. The owner was very nice and helpful, she picked us up at the bus station in Cannes and drove us there when we were traveling home. This place can be recommended

Fabulous apartment in great location and with excellent amenities

Nathalie's place was lovely. Top marks for a great location and great value. If you're attending a conference at the Palais, it's about a 15 minute walk along the beach. This location is still very central but since it's just outside of the palais area, the restaurants here were all great and more affordable. The beach itself is just across the street. And there's even a heated pool on the complex when you want something a bit more private. The flat itself is refurbished, with two bathroom sinks, a small private patio in the back and a sofa pullout that was actually quite big and comfy. Our only issue was the wifi was not usable at all. We reported it in but could not get anything fixed during our time there. Other than that, would definitely recommend staying here.

Tout d'abord, un excellent accueil et une aimable assistance de la part de madame Goudard la propriétaire. L'appartement est tout-à-fait conforme à la description : aménagé avec goût, confortable, paisible et agréable à vivre dans un environnement très valorisé par la présence d'un beau parc verdoyant avec piscine. Toutes les conditions d'un agréable séjour cannois sont réunies.

Voilà la deuxième fois que nous cherchons le calme et la luminosité près de vous . Nous connaissions votre appartement mais nous voudrions certifier qu'il est vraiment bien décrit dans l 'annonce . Tout y est: mobilier neuf et fonctionnel éléments de cuisine complets , internet haute définition et votre gentillesse.Nous sommes toujours si bien accueillis. Nous apprécions d'être si près du Centre Ville et de la Croisette, 10 minutes à pied en longeant le bord de mer. Situation excellente , ville ,calme et verdure. Nous conseillons tous les futurs locataires de réserver sans crainte.

Soggiorno di lavoro perfetto

Mio marito ha occupato per 4 settimane l'appartamento per ragioni di lavoro. Il soggiorno é stato praticamente perfetto:carino e curato l'appartamento, comodo e prossimo a tutto, il mare e il vecchio porto a pochi passi. La proprietaria é una signora amabile, disponibile e cordiale. Nulla da eccepire, se non che il televisore non riceve canali satellitari e quindi non é possibile seguire canali stranieri. Da consigliare assolutamente!

Idéalement situé la description est complète et réaliste, petits déjeuner sur la terrasse privé s il vous plait ce petit havre de paix dans un parc très bien entretenu avec une piscine très propre, de magnifiques palmiers et un parking gratuit juste à coté ce qui est très rare à CANNES une boulangerie pâtisserie juste a deux pas et bien sur la mer à 100m . De l'exotisme sur la Côte d'Azur

A l'occasion du festival de Cannes, j'ai eu la chance de résider dans ce joli appartement. Qui aurait pu imaginer un havre de paix dans une magnifique Palmeraie face à la mer, à 2 pas de l'effervescence du Palais. Coquet et moderne cet appartement a toute les qualités requises pour se ressourcer après une journée intense au festival. Des jardins magnifiques dotés d'une végétation exotique luxuriante, la piscine, la vue mer que l'on apprécie sur la jolie terrasse. L'intérieur est tout aussi attrayant, décoré avec goût, il a été rénové récemment. Un accueil charmant de la propriétaire, la cerise sur le gâteau :) C'est clair je reviendrai...

Séjour Parfait !!

L'appartement : Idéalement situé dans un petit écrin de verdure. Accès direct à la plage au fond du parc avec portail sécurisé. Totalement à l'abri des regards, cet appartement à deux pas du centre donne l'impression d'être totalement isolé. Parfaitement bien équipé et agencé. Situation : Accès à tous les restaurants de Cannes après 10min de marche sur le front de mer, juste parfait ! Cannes : Contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait penser d'un lieu aussi touristique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et les Cannois sont très accueillants. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Great apartment close to the beach

Great apartment with a big garden and nice pool. We stayed there with our child 4 years old and it was a nice place for kids. 10 minutes walk to the festival pale, but its possible to take the bus who stop outside the apartment. Perfect!!

Après la palmeraie,la plage : le luxe!

Un si bel appartement propre, design, neuf, calme, bien rare dans les locations saisonnières.Au creux de la Palmeraie ,la piscine, la verdure , n'allez pas chercher ailleurs l'exotisme. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture sur le parking côté mer ,et "faire" la croisette et le shopping de la rue d'Antibes parallèle à 12 minutes à pied..Situation de l'appartement excellente, au pied du Suquet et du vieux port de Cannes...que les iles de Lerens sont belles. Rien ne vaut ce petit nid douillet si ce n'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de sa propriétaire.Merci pour ces vacances, nous reviendrons bientôt, peut-être en hiver pour la luminosité du ciel de la Côte d'Azur.
