Beautiful, comfortable home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will bring you enjoyment. It is located in a quite location in a gated at the end of a cul-de-sac with minimal street traffic. Inside the community, you will enjoy the heated pool, tennis and many other sports and private walking trail.

The large light-filled living room off of the two-story entry to the home has French doors opening to the yard and a patio to realize the indoor/outdoor potential of California living.

The upstairs master bedroom suite includes a large master bath with shower, whirlpool tub and separate foot spa.

This home is within a mile of restaurants, fast food outlets, a grocery store, shopping, Costco and two movie theaters.

The house is approximately five miles from the ocean with quick access to Dana Point and Laguna Beach.

Minimum stay is 31 days

Lovely Pet Friendly Home in Laguna Niguel

Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Lovely neighborhood park with tennis courts, playground, pool and hot tub a short walk away.

Terrific house in a lovely neighborhood

We spent three months here, my wife and I each working from the house, our son going to school nearby, and our dog enjoying the weekend hikes with us. The house is in a lovely gated community with a large park and a friendly feel. The house itself is very comfortable. My wife and I each had an office, and the wifi worked well enough for us to both be on Zoom calls all day. The backyard is great for the dog (and the 4-year-old), and if you're lucky some of the various fruit trees might be in season! Irene is highly responsive, typically responding to texts within minutes, if not instantly.

Beautiful Laguna Niguel Home

We spent the month of August in this very well appointed home that is conveniently located in a beautiful, gated Laguna Niguel neighborhood. The home had everything we could want for our stay and great work spaces for those who are combining leisure time with work. The back yard is large and completely fenced so we were able to comfortably bring our two dogs. The house was immaculate and Yily was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. There is also a lovely park to walk to in the neighborhood. The location is perfect for all the South Orange County attractions. The beach is 20 mins away and fantastic Laguna Niguel Regional Park is minutes away. There are many fabulous shopping options also very close by. This home enabled us to spend quality time with our aging parents and also enjoy the beauty of Southern California. We definitely will be back.

Great home

Yily, the property owner, made our month long stay so comfortable and seamless. The house is large and the yard is beautiful. And there is everything you need in the kitchen. Plus, easy access to the beaches, harbor, restaurants and cute towns. We had a great time and highly recommend this Vrbo!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views and great location!

This beautiful home has everything you need from breathtaking views of the lush green hillside, a huge backyard, balcony off the master bedroom, updated kitchen and spacious rooms. The house is located in a cul de sac and the neighborhood is very quiet. We loved taking our two small dogs on the walking path just next to the house. The owner was great to deal with also, responding immediately whenever we contacted her. Another plus with this house is the fact that it is centrally located to many of the sites we visited while in Southern California, being close to the 5, a quick 15 minutes to the beach (Laguna Beach), 5 minutes from a great shopping mall (Shops at Mission Viejo), and just 3 minutes to a mall with a grocery store and numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home to couples or families looking for a relaxing getaway!

Best VRBO our family has ever stayed in!

Our family has stayed in a lot of VRBO's around the world. This has been the best experience by far. Our family was evacuated from our home overseas due to covid. The owners were very wonderful and attentive. Quick to respond to any questions before booking and during our stay. The house itself - is absolutely amazing! The Master Bedroom: HUGE! A beautiful king bed (so comfortable), gigantic walk in closet, and a very upscale bathroom. There is a foot spa (which was great for after pool/beach days) and a fantastic jacuzzi bath. The walk in shower was perfect! The 3 bedrooms: Perfect for my 2 daughters. They each had their own space, room in the closets, comfortable beds, and places to put their toys/books/etc. One of the bedrooms had a couch and a tv, so they could retreat there and watch movies together! It was great. All the bedrooms had a desk (which was extremely helpful during online learning). Two of the bedrooms had queen beds and one bedroom had a twin. Downstairs: there is so much living space. The front room (we called the flower room) was so beautiful to sit in the morning and have my coffee. It was bright and cheery and the glass doors all around were so fun to sit in front of and watch the bunnies out back! Family room: is perfect for getting comfortable and chilling on the couches. There is a large desk which was great for working from home. Kitchen: ok. Here's where the review goes up even more. The kitchen is SO FULLY STOCKED... it's amazing. I couldn't believe all of the amenities of this house. Espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, SO many utensils, plates, cups. The kitchen was so big and comfortable... was great to make family meals in! Garage: it was so nice having a garage to pull my car into (we live in a large city) and in the garage, was a ping pong table! My girls loved playing!! The neighborhood: the neighborhood is filled with families who like to go for walks, and there is a great little walking path that leads to the pool and a fun green space/park area. My girls brought their bikes and were able to ride all around the neighborhood and I didn't stress! It's close to the freeway, close to Costco, Ralphs, fast food places, the toll road. It's very convenient! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Spacious Executive Home

We stayed in Yily's home for a month this winter while we were working temporarily in Orange County and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was just the two of us but this home could easily accommodate a large family. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which had full sized desks which we found very helpful since this was a work trip. One of the bedrooms upstairs also had a sectional sofa with flat screen tv, perfect if you had kids who wanted their own space. Home is furnished in an elegant asian style with large, comfortable seating. There are two living rooms downstairs, one of which is a garden room with 4 sets of french doors with full view of the lovely garden. The kitchen has been remodeled and we were spoiled by the high end appliances. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals. Master suite is spacious and the bathroom is spectacular with full jacuzzi tub and even a foot spa. Very comfortable beds with quality firm mattresses and nice bedding. All the bathrooms were recently remodeled very tastefully. The home sits in a gated community and is on a hill so the territorial views were quite nice, as is the spacious yard. Yard is fully fenced and secure, which was perfect for our dog. There is a trail that leads to a large park just a few blocks away that has a large pool, volleyball area, and playground. Home has been well maintained and was meticulously clean. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will seek out this property should we have another long term work opportunity in the OC.
