The "Villaret" residence, with lift, is situated in the Preyerand area at the bottom of the ski slopes. Close to the shops and lift passes office. The Preyerand area is linked to the Croisette(center of the ski resort) by a free gondola running from 8am to 11pm for the winter season.

Appartement surclassé

Ne mérite pas 3 flocons. Appareils électroménagers (four, plaques de cuisson, lave vaisselle) très vieux. Manque de vaisselles (2 verres à vin, pas un plat pour le four, pas d'assiettes à dessert) l'agence qui nous a remis les clés nous a donné un peu de vaisselles. Pas un cintre dans les penderies. Cafetière, four, très sales. Manque d'entretien (carrelage cassé, prise de courant mal fixée, armoire en piteux état, etc...) Vu le classement et le prix je m'attendais à mieux. Location à fuir.
