En Konea 310, ubicado en el complejo Honua Kai, no solo tiene una piscina a solo unos pasos, sino también otras dos en Hokulani. Su gimnasio bien equipado se encuentra a solo unos pisos al lado de la fuente de agua de roca completa con vibrante Koi. Su hogar es amplio y luminoso y cuenta con una cocina completa, balcón amueblado y vistas panorámicas de la ladera de Lahaina.

Excellent Apartment Right Next to the Beach

We loved our stay in this unit. The building amenities are fantastic, there are several excellent beaches within walking distance, and a convenient grocery store/food truck lot. We highly recommend this stay.

2nd time to Maui, first time staying at Konea Kai. This resort is 10x better than the previous one we stayed at. The swimming pool amenities are top notch and the kids loved the water slide. It was super convenient to have Dukes restaurant right outside your back door. Nice beach access and very swimmable. We saw Honu and were able to watch the sunsets. The room was perfect, had everything we needed and it was super clean. It was nice having the elevator just a few steps away and being far from the trash room. Extra bonus, there is a well equipped gym, a little store, and a spa all inside the resort. We will be back! We miss it already

Fantastic Condo

Gorgeous condo, beautiful resort with tons of amenities. We have stayed at the Honua Kai many times and this unit did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Check in was a breeze thanks to Vacasa's excellent communication via email and text instructions. Cannot wait to come back!

Honua Kai was an unexpected great resort with several pools, beach and wonderful units. Great family place. It close to the Whalers Village and Lahaina where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. The only thing it could have is another restaurant. Dukes on the beach is great, but would like another choice for dinner besides.

Excellent Vacation Rental!

This was my families first trip to Maui. We wanted the full resort experience, and we got it! The room was very clean and came equipped with boogie boards, beach umbrella and beach blanket. We also loved how the sliding doors folded all the way open which gave that outdoor/indoor feel. The best part of the resort is all the beach front access. We spent every day at the beach, and it was so nice to walk out the doors and a few steps later be on the beach. We will book here again!

Amazing beach getaway

We had such a great time at this property! It felt like an all inclusive resort stay without the cost. The room itself is beautifully decorated and cozy, very clean as well. I also loved the lobby of this property and all the great amenities including all the pools/hot tubs out front with the ocean behind it. We at a lot at Duke's on the property too (just make sure to make a reservation early even before your stay since they tend to fill up). But I couldn't have been happier with my stay, I miss it already.

Spectacular View

Complete relaxation on the Island. Gorgeous view of the mountains and you can watch the clouds move in and out and contemplate all the colors in the landscape. A perfect place to see a rainbow when it’s sunny on the shore and raining in the mountains. Spectacular! Comfortable, well furnished condo. Sandy beaches, clear calm water for swimming. Lush gardens surrounding the property. A short walk to Maui Fish House for fresh local-caught fish. Everything is, of course, very expensive. Groceries are less if you leave the immediate area to buy food. Good farmers market in Kihei on Saturday.

SO SO VACATION

LOVED LOCATION AND CONDO WAS NICE. WASNT WELL STOCKED. WE HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE AND GET MORE TOWELS AND SUPPLIES. AIR CONDITION WAS VERY POOR DIDNT WORK PROPERLY AND THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP US WITH THE PROBLEM. ALL PILLOWS IN THE CONDO ABSOLUTELY SUCKED. THEY WERE SO FLAT AND UNCOMFORTALE. SO THE COMBO OF NO AIR RELIEF AND CRAPPY BEDDING MADE A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT. IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE DURING OUR STAY ABOUT ANYTHING WE NEEDED. I WILL NOT EVER RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY AGAIN.

Overall great stay!

Overall, we had a great experience with our stay! The only con was the air conditioning - it would randomly turn off, so we contacted Vacasa support multiple times. They sent a tech out fairly promptly, but the next day it stopped working again. We discovered that each time we opened the balcony door, it would shut off the entire AC system, and we had to manually restart with. Vacasa, please inform your guest of this issue or display some signage. It would also be helpful if the customer service reps knew about this issue - they kept having us reset the unit/breaker and didn’t seem to know about the door problem. It would have saved us a lot of time and stress. Other than that, we had issues with the ice maker not working, but that could have been user error. The grounds are beautiful, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Now that we figured out the AC, we’d definitely stay in this unit again!

Disappointed arrival

We had traveled 12hrs and arrived about 20 minutes to 4:00, and we were told our check in time was 4:00. We were tired, and just wanted to unpack prior to getting groceries and dinner, But were told our room was not ready yet. I called Vacasa emergency line ( the only number I had at the time for them) to ask them when our room would be available and had to leave a message, ( which no one ever returned). The manager of our resort gave me a new number and I finally reached someone about this. I asked them why the room was not ready for our check in time, and she asked me if I had requested an early check in. I said I didn’t think 20 minutes qualified for early check in. Then when we got to our room, it was cleaned and ready, but the next day the air conditioner stopped running and we had to call someone 2x’s to come fix it. After the second time it was good and ran fine the remaining time of our trip. After this little hiccup in our trip, I would still recommend this location. This was our second time here at this resort and it is very nice. Dukes has great food, the beaches are great, wait staff is great, and location is center to everything. Love love love Maui!!!

Great place to stay

This unit has everything we needed, including the space to work while we stayed. The location is great. It is on the beach. The pools and grounds are nice and well maintained. There is ample parking, although not always in the garage below the tower. This is a great place to stay with kids or as a group.

Resort is great - Vacasa is not

Pros: The Hanuakai resort is beautiful. There are multiple pools and hot tubs, the landscaping is lovely, and the location is great (near a supermarket, on the boardwalk, near many nice beaches and restaurants). The one bedroom unit was roomy with a nice sized kitchen. The unit came with boogie boards, beach chairs (2), and snorkel equipment. Bring the chairs to the pool with you because the resort has removed a lot of chairs for social distancing. Cons: The management company is offsite and you can't reach them directly (you have to go through Vacasa customer service). When we checked in, we were given one wristband which opens the door. However, the room sleeps four so one wristband wasn't going to work. I called Vacasa customer service and was told the room only comes with one wristband. Having stayed at the resort before, I knew that multiple wristbands was normal. I had to call back a second time to get a different customer support person who agreed one wristband was weird. All she could do was tell me that the management company would call me the next day. They never called. I ended up spending two hours begging the resort security for another wristband which I did eventually get. While in the unit neither the washing machine or hairdryer worked (although the management company did come fix them). The pull out bed did not come with a blanket. Overall: I'd recommend the resort but would also recommend renting through a different company.

Amazing with a couple small issues

The resort is amazing and the condo is great with amazing views of the property. There were a couple issues though that need to be addressed by the owner. The washer and dryer need repair. I loaded the washer but the door was broken so I was unable start the load. I had already put detergent in so had to hand wash my clothes in the sink and ring them out. The dryer would stop every few minutes, sometimes for 5 seconds, sometimes for 5 minutes. So it took forever to do a load of laundry. The last person to use the washer had to know this because I saw they too had put detergent in the washer before I put clothes in. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t say or do anything. The tv only worked a couple times - kept getting a ‘no signal’ notification on the tv. Not a huge deal as we weren’t in the room often. I really appreciated the beach supplies and toys. Kitchen was great. Bed was super comfy. Overall very pleased. Just needs a couple repairs.
