¡La piscina tiene sol de la tarde y es muy divertida y refrescante mientras disfruta de la vista!
Nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños está totalmente equipada para que disfrutes de tu estadía.
El complejo está cerrado y tranquilo, sin iluminación nocturna para una excelente vista de las estrellas.
En el sitio bañera de hidromasaje se calienta sin cargo adicional.
La piscina se puede calentar por una tarifa adicional, excepto en diciembre y enero, cuando el calentador no puede mantener el ritmo. Chimenea interior de gas para esas noches frías.

Well equipped very clean house. Nice pool area and covered patio seating for morning coffee. Nice walk or trail running at end of Peralta road towards the mountains. Right off Rt 60. Pizzacata great place to eat btw.

The house was suitable for our family. It was very well stocked including pool towels, soap and shampoo in all of the bathrooms. I hated the bedroom tv. There was only a few Channels. I would recommend bringing a Roku or fire stick to stream Netflix. We had a few things that came up and co reacted the host for. I felt like it took awhile to receive a response.

Wonderful Place

Great stay!

The property was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved using the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The location was very convenient! We really enjoyed our wild visitors everyday and the stunning view of the Superstition Mountains.

Beautiful views of the mountains and desert. Very comfortable house and nice patio area. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We will definitely return.

FANTASTIC!!

Such a beautiful home in a quiet gated community! We spent 2 weeks relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the hot tub. Away from the hustle nd bustle of the city, but still close enough to access many stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Sweet comfortable home in paradise!

Nice gated community with beautiful views. We enjoy this home very much, it had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Pool and hot tub area have beautiful views of the mountains. Home was clean and very comfortable for our family. Arizona is our favourite place to vacation, tons of golf courses, Dinasour Mountain in Gold Canyon is a must to play, beautiful! We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return again soon.

Wonderful 5 weeks!

This property was probably the best we've ever rented. The furnishings were excellent. The pool was heated as we requested and provided us several days of fun. It was a little cooler than usual this March so we didn't use it as much as we hoped. But the hiking in the area is great!

Great location

The home was exactly as advertised. Yes, all the homes in this neighborhood are packed closely together, however there were no issues with privacy and the open space behind the house with a view of the Superstitions made it feel very open. If hiking is a priority, then this is definitely the right place. Peralta Rd. turns into a dirt road winding to the base of the Superstitions just a short distance away with many hiking opportunities along the way. We had a wonderful time and would certainly consider this property again for future visits.

Great Stay!

We had a little trouble getting our code to unlock the door. But a neighbor helped us. House was nicely laid out. Pool is small but clean. No shampoo, soaps are provided. Bring your own. It's a drive to Mesa or Phoenix but the view is beautiful. First time to Arizona and LOVED it!

AZ trip

House is very clean and quiet & safe. Pool company needs to clean better it had an algae problem and the spa needed a complete drain and clean. Also you need to provide a lot of household stuff like garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. The views are nice, a lot of rules here so be ready for that. Overall I give this place a 3.5 star rating.

We have always left a few garbage bags and a couple dishwasher tabs for you to get started. I do not want to raise the rates to provide everything tenants need. We provide much more than a hotel room for $120 a night with a private pool. Although we do appreciate your input. It makes us think we need to provide more. I have spoken to the pool maintenance people about the hot tub and pool. I wish you would of text me with problems. The book that I provide inside the house is for your information as well as security for us as homeowners. I apologize that you called them rules, as most tenants appreciate the instructions and details. Thank you again, Lesli Lampe

Immaculate home & great host!

The interior and exterior are immaculate. Not a speck of dust or fingerprints anywhere! The house looks like it was just built and moved in a week ago. The house was fully stocked just as if it were our own home. All of the beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive to all of my text questions during our stay and our one “thank you” phone call on our last day was very pleasant. The location was excellent—far enough into the desert but with access to essentials less than 10 minutes away. You will not be disappointed.

Gold Canyon paradise

Wife and I were in the area looking for a retirement home. This was to be our base for scouting the area. Contacted owner for the codes to access property. Everything went smooth. Property is beautiful! The VIEW is breathtaking. The pool is very refreshing. House is stocked with very nice linens. Kitchen was very adequate for our stay. We ate in half of the stay and found utensils and appliances to be adequate for our needs. Being off season, it was very quiet in the neighborhood. Evenings were spent on the back patio watching and listening to the owls that frequent the area. Wifi was great throughout the property. Highly recommend this property.

We just love this area of Arizona and all the day trips we have enjoyed.
Hiking trails and some small town adventures as well as trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona have made for some awesome memories! But it is always nice to get home to Peralta, where we know we can relax and swim in our private pool.
The gated community is quiet and private, out away from the city life of Phoenix. Shopping is conveniently located close by.
