Lovely South Venice home with a heated saltwater pool!! Located minutes away from the beach, bike trails, and nature preserve!! Close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown Venice Island. Venice Beach has dolphin and manatee watching, kayak/jet ski/boat rentals, fishing off of the pier. Caspersen Beach is close by and is known for it's abundance of shark teeth for collecting. You are also only 30 minutes away from Sarasota and the famous Siesta Key Beach!

Lovely and private, 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood for you to recharge and relax with family and friends. Enjoy sitting on the back porch, and swimming in the saltwater heated pool. Comfortably sleeps 6. Home has a 1 car garage with 2 bikes included for you to enjoy. Street in front of home gives you direct access to a bike trail to the beach in 15 min or 5 minutes by car.
