Bonito condominio de un dormitorio y un baño ubicado en el área escénica del prado de Mammoth Lakes. Duerme hasta 4 (aprox. 800 Sq. Pie.). Esta espaciosa unidad de planta baja es de un solo nivel y no hay escaleras para ingresar a la unidad. La unidad de la esquina es luminosa con muchas ventanas para dejar entrar la luz y tiene una buena vista. El dormitorio principal tiene 1 cama King, la sala de estar tiene 1 sofá cama Queen. Hay 2 televisores (la sala de estar es una gran pantalla plana y el dormitorio tiene una pantalla plana).   Acceso a Internet Wifi en la unidad. Mascota amigable. Hay dos plazas de aparcamiento exteriores disponibles. Sunrise Condominiums ofrece un spa, piscina de temporada y sauna.  Instalaciones de lavandería que funcionan con monedas ubicadas en el área común cerca de la oficina.  LICENCIA TOT 807-SR16.

The condo was nice and clean. The cookware needs to be replaced, it is in bad condition. The bed is squeaky and the pillows need to be replaced. Other than that our stay was great .

This place was ok, it could definitely use some updates (a lot of the windows/blinds were broken, pretty dark inside, bed was very noisy). Nothing terrible, just ok. Great location!

Great Location

Great location - in town, within walking distance of Mammoth Creek and the park. A little old, nothing special, but 100% clean and functional, and we got to bring our dogs.

Outside was very well kept. Location was awesome! Inside was dated but clean. Overall, was a great stay. But bring your own pillows.

This condo suited our purposes as we had to find a single level condo quickly.It is dark and felt like it hadn't been updated since the 70s.We didn't use the kitchen because the rest of the family was at a different condo

A perfect little retreat

Spent four nights in this property, good location and access to the center and ski lifts. My dog loved it too😍. The only downside is the walls are too thin, you’d hear everything next door, upstairs.

Lovely Property, Easy walk to Red line Shuttle

Great location not far out of town and close to the Shuttle line to get to the village in no time. Short walk to food and groceries and great walking trial close by. The property was a great size for 2 of us and can comfortably accommodate more. Thanks for the nice stay.

Great place!

The place itself is spacious with a nice large bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Parking is simple and the best part was the heater where it kept the place really warm! The pull out mattress from the couch is spacious as well.

Great for a small family

This is our second stay at this property. Perfect for our family of three and our Labrador. Skiing is close and the walking trail nearby. We were here in Snowmaggedon and I was super impressed that despite the constant snow, maintenance kept the walkway clear and parking lots plowed. Will definitely stay here again.

To begin with there is no assistance outside of business hours because (as is expected for mammoth) the condo is run by a service. Therefore they should supply excellent instructions for appliances and things like heating and how to use the fire place. No lighter was supplied for the fireplace. I expect (based on dozens of other stays in mammoth) to be told to bring your own supplies for the fireplace or for it all to be provided. When we arrived at 6:30pm it was 55 in the condo and there were multiple possible heaters/thermostats. Took forever to figure out which ones worked and how to use them. On top of that we couldn't start a fire. Then the opposite happened. It was too hot in the night and we were trying to reset all the thermostats at 3am to lower temperatures. A simple sign on the wall indicating which thermostats to use would have saved a lot of grief. Plus a warning that the heater while it takes a very long time to work after being set to 55 is very powerful and should be turned down to below 60 at bedtime.

Mammoth ski trip

The unit was large and well laid out even though only one bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised that the hot tub, sauna and gas grill was just across the parking lot from our ground floor unit. We also enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace.
