Welcome to your home away from home in Mammoth. This cozy yet spacious 850 sq ft, ground-level 1-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is family-friendly and dog-friendly (1 dog welcome)—because pets are family too.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock, and Mammoth Crest throughout the Sunrise condo complex. Located adjacent to the meadow, guests love the peaceful setting, open outdoor space, nearby bike path, and welcoming neighborhood vibe.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The property was excellently maintained and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was fantastic, and the location was perfect for walking to town, as well as accessing the spa and car.We would happily stay here again.

We did not use the pool. It rained a few days and snowed 1 day. We loved the weather. I followed the instructions sent to me. We got in fine and the condo was good. I got a knock on the door telling us we needed to check in with the reservations office. That was not listed on my instructions. The bed was so uncomfortable.. we both had to sleep on the living room couch/bed rollout. We could not get the furnace/stove to work and 1 day was 32 degrees high. We followed the documented instructions. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed

Lovely place! It is located at my favorite Mammoth Lakes area…. Very quiet. The unit os very spacious, well stocked, and the most comfortable king bed ever!

Great condo

Perfect condo for our family of three. Property was very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the town shuttle stop. Also, a very short easy walk to main street. Great communication with the owners.

Awesome Stay

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. The space was very clean when we arrived and check in was a breeze. We really enjoyed the pellet stove heater which was easy to use and kept us very warm. Thanks again for our stay.

The apartment is very clean and has all the needed amenities. There are also some sleds for us to use. It is close to Eagle Express lift. The host, Nicolas checked in with us very often to make sure everything went well. She responded quickly to our inquiry. We really enjoyed her place.

Dog Friendly & Convenient Winter Stay

My wife and I stayed with our dogs for 3 nights through New Year's and had a great time. The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and the location was within striking distance of Eagle Lodge where we accessed the mountain for snowboarding. Also close to the main plaza with grocery store and other shops. Our dogs were happy, we were happy, all in all good times. Highly recommend for those wanting a convenient location to access the mountain and with dogs. There's also a park close by to go on long walks.There was a hiccup with the pellet stove, but Nicola was super attentive and maintenance quickly came by and fixed things. Nicola's responsiveness was great, which we value immensely for these types of stays.I would say however, the property itself (not the host) could have done a better job salting the parking areas and clearing the recycling bins. Some parts of the property had way too much ice, so walking around with dogs and loading/unloading the car was a bit of a challenge in some parts.

Short weekend get away

Beautiful condo with modern amenities. Loved the fireplace and was easy to use! Well stocked kitchen with all you need. Very large for two people and would comfortably fit four. Great spot close to eagle lodge and a short drive to the canyon.

Great Summer Getaway

We spent 2 weeks at Nicola's condo and would have spent another week there if we could have. It was wonderfully well-stocked, and a beautiful condo. The toiletries and soaps were 1st class, the location perfect, and the weather wonderful! Being able to link into Prime and Netflix was great for evenings when we stayed in. Nicola is the perfect host and was available whenever we reached out to her. Wish we were still there!

Nichola’s mammoth

Everything about the ad and actual location was correct. Our only disappointment was that there was no heater nor could we get the pellet fire place to operate either. Bring your own blankets!
