On the lower level there is a large finished basement, complete with TV, a work station and an alcove with a ping pong table (or the inflatable queen mattress for 2 additional guests).

It has a first floor, primary king bedroom with cathedral ceiling, built-in desk, oversized walk-in closet, private bath and TV.
