Thank you for your interest in Erie-sistible! Located on the sandy shores of Catawba Island, experience breathtaking views of Lake Erie and a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy the Great Lake Life! Take in the beautiful summer sunsets and playful water activities, as well as the regular sightings of spectacular wildlife during all seasons of the year. Boat / trailer parking available on site. Snowmobile / ATV access available for the world class fishing!

All common areas feature expansive views of the lake. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area offer plenty of storage and counter space for large families and/or longer off-season stays. The living room includes a large 4K Smart TV, lakeside windows, and clean comfortable furniture.

Bedroom #1 - King bed (incline adjustable), bay window with a lakefront view, walk-in closets, master bath suite. Located on first floor.
Bedroom #2 - King bed (incline adjustable), large private lakefront balcony, walk-in closet. Located on second floor.

This home is perfect for a family and friend vacation rental during the summer months, as well as a great longer-term option for those who are looking for a beautiful temporary place to enjoy during the off season. The private neighborhood provides a perfect quiet getaway.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash must be at the curb Sunday evening. Pick up is 6am Monday.
Clean grill if used.
Secure patio furniture and umbrella.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash in bin at roadside upon leaving or Sunday during your stay. Pick up is early Monday morning.
NO trespassing on neighbors property. No use of private beach 4 lots down. Strictly enforced.
Excessive laundry/cleaning fee may be charged if beyond normal expected.

This house was the cleanest house we have ever rented. Absolutely beautiful view, the kitchen is well equipped. We had three adult couples, plenty of room for everyone inside and outside of the house. Great location!

Our second stay at this great property in a beautiful lake-front setting. We had an issue with the thermostat and host responded immediately and was able to fix the problem remotely. Only hiccup was lack of a microwave — they are obviously in the process of replacing it, so that should not be a future concern. Highly recommended!

This was a great property located right on the water. The house was exactly as described. Our group of seven: two couples, another friend, and two adult children, fit perfectly. Our host was responsive to questions. The kitchen was well equipped and the adjustable beds were comfortable. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and sunrises over Lake Erie from the deck, and saw a bald eagle, herons, egrets, and a family of ducks.

Home was more beautiful than the photos. Location was perfect for us in a quiet residential area but with easy access to everything. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the deck was huge. The lake views were amazing.

We had a great stay at this home. It is clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake from their large outside deck. We had a brief issue with the thermostat when we arrived (mostly user error), but we received an immediate response when we sent a message.

Amazing location on the lake. House is beautiful and very comfortable. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay. The upstairs was a little hot in the 90 degree weather but all the rooms had fans.
