Private gite for rent in a wine estate

Located in the south of Périgord between Bergerac and Eymet, in the heart of a very beautiful vineyard, Les Terrasses, we welcome you to our completely renovated gîte.
It is a magnificent building made of local stones that offers large living spaces overlooking the organic vineyards with the secure swimming pool next to it.
There is a very large bedroom upstairs with living room, bathroom and separate toilet.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with its bathroom and toilet.
The American kitchen overlooks the dining room and the living room. The ceilings are very high and still show the authentic framework of the time.
You can walk in the meadows, the woods, the vineyards and around the three ponds. You can meet one of the two horses that run freely.
It is a perfect place to rest and at the same time be very close to many beautiful things to visit.

Lovely peaceful location surrounded by vines. Pool was great even if the weather was overcast. Marc was really friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Wine was great too. If we are even in the area, would definitely stay again it was like the perfect tranquil home from home!

Heel fijn vakantie huis tussen de wijnranken bij de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar op het terrein.Ruim en compleet huis met geweldig zwembad. Leuke dorpjes en kastelen in de omgeving.Rondleiding en wijnproeverij van de heerlijke wijnen is heel leuk en doet hij vol enthousiasme.Heerlijk vakantieverblijf, aanrader!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Marc et Carmen. L’environnement est magnifique, dans les vignes, avec des chevaux! La maison est bien équipée, confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine est un vrai plus! Les gardiens sont adorables et font tout pour nous sentir bien. Merci pour ce super séjour dans votre belle région.

Little taste of Eden

The property is beautifully renovated and decorated to a high standard. Pristinely cleaned. The views are spectacular and watching the vineyard be tended to and wandering the sunflowers and vines was a treat. The kitchen is small-but perfectly catered for, arriving to chilled water and a complimentary bottle of the wine from the vineyard. We ate here every night and had everything we needed. Nearest supermarket is 5 mins away and there’s a bigger one in Bergerac which is about 15mins away. The pool is cleaned daily and is in excellent condition-with plenty of seating and lounging. We were made to feel incredibly welcomed with Doris (who lives next door) helping my children wash the horses (Faeombe and Forrest) and buying them sweets! We’ve stayed in this area several times and were incredibly impressed. What was a little frustrating (but not a big problem) was the listing for bedrooms and bathrooms was not accurate on HomeAway. There are 3 bedrooms not 6 and 3 bathrooms not 5. One double room is in a separate building attached to the main house, the other two are in the main holiday home. With a bit of moving the kids about it was fine. I wouldn’t have booked knowing about the correct number of bedrooms-but am so glad we did!

Très beau séjour dans la campagne périgourdine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce gîte joliment restauré et situé au milieu des vignes. Bon point de chute pour notre première découverte du Périgord. Accueil chaleureux. Bonne dégustation de vin également.

Excellente semaine

Un gîte très au calme, perdu au mieux des vignes et qui offre de très belles prestations un séjour en famille. Un accueil chaleureux et une disponibilité sur place pour nous aider en cas de besoin.et passer un très agréable séjour. Sur le réaction peut ajouter étangs sur la propriété pour pêcher, table de ping-pong et baby foot.

Un havre de paix

Idéal pour nos retrouvailles familiales, un cadre superbe, un accueil chaleureux, un gîte très confortable. Une très belle découverte et une rencontre très agréable qui nous ont donné envie de recommencer l'an prochain, même sans confinement ;-)! Difficile d'en partir dimanche soir ! Merci encore!
