I thought of everyone so it has the 12 pot coffee option or single Keurig option for your convenience ! Coffee starter kit includes nine coffee, Keurig, pods, creamers, and sweeteners! 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with private renovated full baths). Primary bathroom has tiled floors, grand combined rain shower and separate soaking tub in designated “wet spa area”. 2nd King suite bedroom has newly designed in-suite bath with gorgeous tile and teak tile floors. 3rd Bdrm features 2 Bunk Beds (queens bottom and twins top) with Ping Pong Table and its own living room with Big Screen TV! A kids or teens dream room! Enjoy a extra large private enclosed backyard with a variety of sitting convo lounge areas, dinning, grilling, extensive seating options, hammock and gas fireplace! This home is set up with the thoughtfulness of a 12 year local that knows it’s all about the details and an entertaining flow. Family fun time, meals and relaxation is inevitable at our bungalow! shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 small dishwashing liquid, 1 dish sponge, 1 toilet paper/bathroom, 1 paper towel roll and 4 beach towels. I strive to provide well-maintained property. Please note that I cannot notify guest exactly what days and times vendors, such as the pool, cleaners, pest control, landscapers, etc. will be on the property. If I am notified prior to their arrival, I will try to text you as a heads up but it is not guaranteed. Pool Cleaning is typically on Tuesdays and Fridays but a can vary depending on various factors.
