Great location, right on the beach. Check in was seamless, the agents were great! Home is equipped with beach chairs, toys, umbrella. Bring your beach towels. Home is in the best location light trafic, beach area always open not crowded. Home is showing signs of wear and tear but for us the location was most important. Had a great trip.

Amazing beach views

The view was amazing. I feel like this unit could use some updates, Roku tvs, definitely new mattresses, easier access to outlets by beds to charge phones, and a vacuum was needed.

Prime location

Great condo for our family! Outside is a little ehhh but once you are inside they have everything you need. Location is amazing! Wish there had been a grill! We will stay again!

Adorable interior with incredible views

Very relaxing environment. It was so convenient to be in a home with its own parking, grass lawn for the kids to play games and only a few steps from the sugar sand and Ocean. The views were incredible from the living room, Sun room and bed rooms. We enjoyed all the outdoor seating downstairs as well as from the walk out bedroom balconies.

Exactly what we hoped for!

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! There is so much space downstairs with the den, extra couch, sun room, and the patio all with plenty of seating. We loved having a yard to play in AND being right on the beach! We will definitely consider renting this same house again.

Awesome Beach Access!

Great place, good location! Back yard just before the beach access is awesome! Could use a half bath down stairs. Dryer was broke when we arrived, took a little while to get it fixed. Bedrooms are spacious & perfect for our scenario, especially with the kids. Location very peaceful & quiet!

Adorable interior-steps from the beach & gorgeous Ocean front views

Very unique property. The kids played catch and cornhole on the grass yard while we sat on the deck and enjoyed the gorgeous ocean front views. Both King size bedrooms have walk out balconies. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party. The interior was modern beach and comfortable. We were 25 steps from the beach with a grass yard. AMAZING

Nice quiet and peaceful place to stay!

Plenty of rooms and beds for 8 people. Beautiful outdoor seating for indoor and outdoor patio views! Would have appreciated some more essentials as far as cooking seasonings, coffee, condiments. Those things do all add up when you’re only there a few days, and have to waste it all. A guide to where the breaker and the kitchen sink disposal is would as be helpful, as I had to call after house due to the lights going out. Otherwise, the condo was clean and spacious. A few stairs to walk down to the beach.

The neighbor called the police , and the the owner ask for every body driver license

Neighbor called the police, I know we were more then 10 people, but I have to leaving from the house rent, at night time I was looking for a hotel, I was terrible.

Wonderful condo!! Loved the direct access to beach, as well as the back patio and back sun room. Communication from your office was great before and during our stay, and we had everything we needed. Also, we had car trouble right after checkout and when I called the office, you were willing to jump in and help. The nice young lady who came to clean the unit after we checked out was there during our car trouble as well, and was very sweet, understanding and helpful! Thanks for making our vacation so easy and accessible!! We will definitely be back.

Lots of mold. It is Old and needs updating. Beds are not good at all. The view was absolutely gorgeous though. Just couldn't stay outside the entire time.

Great house on the beach!

House was great! Very clean and step out the back door onto the beach. Any issues were resolved quickly. I didn’t realize all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs so that made it a little hard on my elderly uncle but we made do. Also the screened in back porch wasn’t really usable because it smells of mildew. The carpet needs to be changed in that room. Overall the house was great and we would stay again. Don’t be alarmed when you first pull up. The outside of the house makes it look like it isn’t good but everything was great.

Great Location

The location is awesome but the property is a bit lack luster. The mattresses are really uncomfortable so the sleep was not great. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, we had 2 kids, my mother, sister and 2 of us. You really have to purchase EVERYTHING, T.P, Paper towels, trash bags, salt and pepper and then throw it all away! I hate that part because it is such a waste of condiments and food. I prefer the vacation rental to have some essentials for cooking. But looking beyond those things, the property is an excellent location, the yard was great to sit in at night and watch the stars. We even did a bonfire with a delivery company and it was amazing! This place could be 5 stars with a few upgrades (ahem- a nicer mattress)!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse right on the beach was great! It is located in a quiet area of Panama City. Families who own homes next door were very nice and helpful. Sunroom was great to have and store beach supplies. Bedrooms are nice size. Only complaints would be it desperately needs an updated refrigerator. We had to call maintenance because it took three days to get cold. Also a dishwasher would be nice. There are a few other updates needed including the upper balcony that you cannot step out on to or even open the doors on to it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bathroom had a major water leak and ran non stop. They sent the cable man to condo for us to deal with a outage during our vacation ... could have stayed home for that. We missed a dinner reservation because of it. The upper deck was slimy and unusable. The lower sunroom smells like mold and was covered in dead black flies. The housekeeping group should wipe down the windows ledges to remove the dead bugs. The rental company sent housekeeping to do a departure clean one day early. In fact, we had someone come to the condo almost everyday we were there. So much for getting away from it al.

Great access to the beach

Reviewer Comments: This was a good stay at the beach for our family but it could have been great with just a few changes. We loved the access to the beach and the small yard for our little kids. However, the doorknobs/locks were all old and rusty and didn’t lock. So “grown up talks” required we drag the nightstand over to block the door. The living room is big enough for a large sectional which would have made family movie nights easier. We ended up moving outdoor chairs inside but that was uncomfortable. Curb appeal is very bad. I almost cried when we pulled up thinking I had booked a college frat pad. Light bulbs out in the master shower and vanity area. Beds were stiff and I ended up buying an eggshell bed topper at Walmart. Lastly, there is a lone cockroach whom needs evicting that lives around the stove. Overall it was a lovely stay. The neighbors were really nice and the beach location was peaceful and beautiful. We even saw dolphins!
