Traditional Lake Front Winnipesaukee Home situated on 150' of pristine water frontage, with a 40' deep water dock on Long Island. Four bedrooms, two bath, ranch style home is a minutes walk to Moultonborough's public boat launch and town beach. Twenty-three has plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers and guests, it offers a private beach area on, deck with a view, grill & camp fire. Fully furnished with all the comforts of home, bedding, towels and functional kitchen with all utensils you may need. Bring your boats, jets skis, paddle boards for tons of family and fun! Fishing is also a very convenient just off the dock or the bridge to Long Island. The entire family will enjoy and appreciate "Lake Life" at The Lake House 23.

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family to sleep, relax, and hangout outside! The waterfront was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views, tranquil setting, overall very relaxing. We hope to be back for another family getaway!! Thank you!

Great Lake-Life

Our family had a great fall getaway. We enjoyed being right on the water and having our pontoon boat on our private dock. Crystal was a great hostess, friendly and easy-going and provided us with fabulous recommendations. Looking forward to returning next year!

Fantastic Lake House

Old Friends Get Away

We really enjoyed our time together at the Lake House. There was plenty of space for our group of five. The house was well equiped for our needs. The location, right on the Lake, is beautiful. The surrounding area has so many options for activities for all ages to enjoy. Chrystal was quick to answer any questions we had.

Another great vacation
