Villa Aria is a splendid four-story historical villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Aria you will enjoy a splendid view of the Umbrian countryside and of the hills. Villa Aria is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Montone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles).
To stay at Villa Aria you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Villa Aria is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Villa Aria is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.

Villa Aria is an old farmhouse at the foot of the medieval village of Montone, relaxing in the picturesque Umbrian countryside. An oasis of peace and tranquility.


Villa Aria is made up of five apartments that belong to the main building, each featuring its own independent entrance, and one annex.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and a sun lounger. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the valley.

You will be able to enter the first living room from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. The furnishings include a leather sofa. There is an elegant fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

You will be able to enter the dining room from the first kitchen. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. There is a nice fireplace. From the dining room you will be able to enter a small green area at the back of the house through a French door.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the garden. It is well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the garden.
